The price is normal and the waiting period is extremely long, 50 days has passed and they cannot track my registered mail from the first day. Even when you purchase the item, it shows 25 days maximum in the website, they would not take your seriously until 62 days has passed. I asked them why, and they said it is their rule, take it or leave it. Especially the customer service officer Arlene, she seems my concern is actually a bother. THEY WOULD NOT TAKE ANY ACTION before 62 days. Dude, if you would like to purchase something from their website, make sure you would not use it in 3 months. I write this because it is my second time to have difficulties with the delivery. What frustrated me is the customer service, Arlene never gives you a $#*!, no respect.

Update:
I'm updating this review and bumping it up one star. Only because they asked me to after finally giving me a full refund. It took filing a dispute with Paypal in order for them to agree to refund the total cost, including shipping. I still won't buy from them again, I really didn't like how their customer support tried to give me the run around and that it took having to go through Paypal in order to resolve the issue. Anyways, if you do order from them use Paypal or some other form of payment that has buyer protection.

They sent me the wrong item. When I contacted customer support they were very friendly, said they would look into it and get back to me. A week later after hearing nothing from them, I contacted them. They replied that what happened was that they sent me an "upgraded version" of the item I ordered. It's not an upgraded version, it's the wrong item, period. So I reply to that with "what are you going to do to make this right?" No response again until I ask if there were any updates. Long story short, they said they would refund the item cost. The catch is, they would not refund the original shipping cost, and they expect me to pay for shipping costs to return the item to china. I have filed a dispute with Paypal. You can't sell me something that isn't what I ordered and then expect me to pay any amount to fix your mistake. They don't stand behind their service and wash their hands of any responsibility once they ship the item. Horrible, horrible, absolutely horrible company that I will never ever do business with again.

I purchased electronic cigarette stuff from Gearbest on April 8th. I bought a lot of things, of which wye85 was not included in the shipping list. I immediately contacted the customer center 24 hours a day and received a response within 5 minutes. I live in Korea and I do not speak English well, but Gearbest counselors made me understand very easily with my excellent English ability. The reason why wye85 was not shipped was because it was out of stock. They informed me of the date of their return. I confirmed that the goods were ship-out on the date of their return. Gearbest also has a very fast shipping line. I am very fond of Gearbest and I will use it steadily.

I didn't receive my item. Absolutely misleading seller. The seller after failing to ship my item that worth 400$, they provided me with a different tracking number that happened to be shipped to my country but to a different name and address, attempting to convince me that they did their part. After long battle through PayPal, and after the seller submitted fabricated information (FRAUD), and after I had to do a serious investigation, I was able to prove that the seller shipped the item to a different name and address and that what they actually shipped was an item that worth 30$ only, PayPal refunded me.
As for your below reply, I've been contacting you directly for 3 weeks, and you said file a claim with the shipping company! How can I do so if the tracking # you provided is under a different name!? You wasted my time, money and energy. Thanks to PayPal for saving my money from your SCAM business.

So far I have only ordered 'high tech' products on gearbest, a phone, a laptop,... and all I can say is that I've never had better value for money elsewhere. I ordered from European warehouses every time and I was delivered very quickly every time

Answer: Some people will get their products, some will not. Some will get what they expected and some will not. I got my products but one was not what they promised and one broke after a few seconds of use. They still continue to use wrong information on their website even though they admitted to me that it is not correct. I wrote a review on their web site about the product that broke after a few seconds of use and they blocked it so it still looks like the product only has positive reviews. Answer: Dont really matter mate, regardless, what they do if does not arrive, they will not refund, they offer to resend at your cost. Then you do Paypal dispute, they refuse to refund unless you close the case, if you close the case, Paypal will not help. In my circumstances Paypal decided in my favour and refunded, but dragged on, avoid this company in future, Bangood better
