I've bought now several times from gearbest and I wouldn't have done it if I was not satisfied.
There's all sorts of products from the cheap never-heard-of ones to some of the best brands one might be looking for.
For me, it's best to know what you're looking for and go into the site to see if they're selling it (truth is there's a pretty good chance they are), and buy it. Price is their forte, it's really the lowest I've seen for the producta I've bought. I'm talking like 35% lower.
4 out of 5 stars because of the long shipping time for me, but that's what happens for Italy so I wouldn't know what goes on for other countries that are maybe easier to reach.
I wouldn't know about after-selling customer service because I've never needed it, but they have always answered my questions rapidly.
I would highly recommend to buy from this site and I will surely buy there again.

I did 8 orders over the last 3 month and it was a very nice experience. The products are all original and the shipping time was as expected. Items are packed save and arrived without any problems. Lowest prices and outstanding customer support even in my own language (German) made me feel safe. I will order more in the very near future and have recommended Gearbest to friends and family already.

The company is to be congratulated from the start by taking away my doubts and doing everything to be a successful transaction. It took, but for the account of the Brazilian Post that unfortunately provides a service of poor quality... The mobile arrived perfectly, I already updated to Android Oreo (8.0) and until then without problems. The only one though was the charger issue which even with adapter does not fit, but is the least. You can buy without fear!

I've been a regular buyer from this shop for years. Good choice of products, price is OK, not on the cheap side but flash sale's an excellent opportunity. Products are usually of good quaility. There're branch stores in Europe as well, so no hassle with customs (this is important to me). Shipping is fast. Complaints were handled quite quickly and in a fair way. All in all, years of good experience.

Ordered a 3d printer four weeks ago and still nothing has arrived. Gearbest wanted me to verify my purchase. When I went to verify through their instructions the site had no where to verify my purchase (even though they already charged my card). I told them nevermind refund my money. The next day they emailed and said it had shipped. I checked USPS abd the tracking number said nothing had shipped. I waited in faith and after four weeks checked again. USPS stated the same thing nothing had shipped. I contacted gear best and requested a refund. They lied and said it had shipped and that the tracking info had just been removed. Still yet to get a refund. Already found the peoduct cheaper on Amazon. Save your money and grief. Forget gearbest and use Amazon or E-bay.

Order 4 x yeelights from GearBest as they were cheaper than anywhere else. Products arrived much quicker than expected and I were in perfect condition. The order process was very easy, I like that I can use PayPal for add protection. I will be ordering again and already have 6 items in my basket! I have only had to contact customer service once but they answer very quickly and responded to my question.

My experience with Gearbest could not be better. I already bought several products, from small gadgets to cell phones and they all arrived in perfect conditions. All products received are exactly as described on the website. I hardly have any problems with the products and when I had Gearbest was extremely helpful in solving the problem. The amount of items is something out of the ordinary. You can find everything in the store with low prices and several times with discounts.

Nice service, they ship the order very fast, and it have arrived in perfect state. Also the support for customers answered quickly my ticket for informations. In my country (Brazil) we can also install payment without any interest for some products. Really great.
