I have ordered now around 8 times from Gearbest and am very satisfied both with the experience of shopping and product quality, The product has been received in stipulated time and are genuine. Even the customer support staff are very helpful

I bought an smartphone through gearbest.com and my experience was really good, the web site is very intuitive and they offer a lot of promotion that include a % of discount. I would like add a comment about the service support, is the best service support that I ever had in all my experience shipping.

Very reliable website. I'v ordered lots of tech products this year and I never had any problem, the shipping is fast (within 2 weeks to Belgium) and the products where always the good ones. The quality is also very good for the price. It has a lot of promo, flash sales,... wich I love.
And the best thing, lots of smartphones are a lot cheaper than in other websites. I love to import this kind of products, and don't have to pay big taxes...

While I regularly shop with Amazon, GearBest's price for the product was a bit lower so I took a chance. The process was smooth and my cordless vacuum arrived in Canada (from China) very quickly considering the distance. My only complaint is that an import duty was charged and this was not disclosed at the time of purchase. The added cost was minimal and their customer service team offered to offset this charge once the issue was brought to their attention. I would order from GearBest again.

At my point of view as a buyer i have some pros and cons.
Pros - they have a great variety of gadgets and products from all kind with good cost-quality rates, the web site is simple and easy to use, the payments methods works, so far i received every single article i bought and they were just like the description and sometimes even better that i was expecting.

Cons - im from Portugal so one of the main concerns is the custom services so its a little hard to get some items with a higher prices. I dot know when the items arrive with certain but they come always.

And nothing more that i remember now.

I strongly suggest every one to use it.
