I have bought several items from the store but my most valuable experience waas that:
I had to return (witjin warranty) a faulty smartwatch. I did send it, using the local post office, signed, with a tracking number, but despite all these, the package was lost. Under such circumstances you are not eligible for a resend (or a refund). Contrary to that, since I had already provided evidence of actually sending the watch, I was refunded close to 40% of the product's value in store credit!
The package was officially declared lost and the product number was reported to the police, and the store offered me some money back!
I did not expect that and I appreciate that move from their behalf.
I would definitelly suggest them to anyone.

Been using Gearbest since 2015, I can get very good price when items is on special. Shipping is quick if you use priority line or DHL (super fast).

First of all I ordered a watch. Its Curren 8250. The box of watch is very good. Shipment and quality of the watch is good too. It performance is good if you contrast with the price of it. I offer you to buy this watch if you have red clothes. I think this watch is small but when I open the box it is biggwr than I think. I love this watch.

As i mention in the title, Gearbest has the lowest prices in the market(delivery rates are also very cheap) and the quality is as advertised about each product. I have made two orders so far and they came in perfect shape (and also in the minimum time predicted from the site). All products were working properly and as intended.
I also have to mention that the support center works like a charm.One of the products I ordered was out of stock and they sent me a message after a day or two informing me about the issues. I talked to them and after a really short time, I had a full refund(including the shipping cost).

So at first i was kinda worried because it was my first time buying with GB because there were some comments about people complaining about the shipping time but honestly i didn't have any problem at all.
Everything went perfect, from ordering to shipping, when buying my product i chose the 10-15 bussiness days delivery method and at the 15th day my package arrived without any problem and it was in excellent conditions, i'm really looking forward to buy with GB again.
