I order Xiaomi Redmi 8 cellphone on Black Friday (28/11/19), was payed additional £3.45 shipping guarantee tax. Nothing received after more than 2 months. One week after delivery deadline expire date they didn't answer to my messages on support tickets. So I have very bad experience with this site!

I purchased this Xiaomi MI 9 Lite phone for my wife. After approximately one week of use, the phone died on low battery and wasn't able to be charged anymore. I contacted Gearbest to inform them of the issues. After going through all protocols of sending photos and videos showing the state of the phone, Gearbest asked me to send it back for a refund. I sent the phone back, and now they are saying they haven't received it. I have given them the tracking number as well as paying extra for the package to be signed for. I'm now having to fight through PayPal to get my refund. Save yourself the hassle of going through what I have gone through, and don't purchase expensive items from Gearbest as they won't stand behind their customers when something goes wrong. This will be the last time I will be purchasing anything from the ever again.

Answer: Some people will get their products, some will not. Some will get what they expected and some will not. I got my products but one was not what they promised and one broke after a few seconds of use. They still continue to use wrong information on their website even though they admitted to me that it is not correct. I wrote a review on their web site about the product that broke after a few seconds of use and they blocked it so it still looks like the product only has positive reviews. Answer: Dont really matter mate, regardless, what they do if does not arrive, they will not refund, they offer to resend at your cost. Then you do Paypal dispute, they refuse to refund unless you close the case, if you close the case, Paypal will not help. In my circumstances Paypal decided in my favour and refunded, but dragged on, avoid this company in future, Bangood better

Answer: I would advise you to stear clear. If the site does not let you order with free shipping then you have dodged a bullet. I got free shipping but the product was damaged an only fit for resting your cup on they offered a refund less the first shipping that was ment to be free or a replacement. As it cost 25 pounds to send back to resolve the matter I chose to except the replacement it came and was just as bad a tablet as the first. Take my advice and run a mile.
