I ordered a some cell phones in November and realize I will not be received them until after Christmas. On December 3rd and contacted GearBest to have the order cancel and refund my money back. I get getting a run around and Gearbest decided on their on to ship my order on January 3,2020 which I don't know why when they were suppose to refund me my money back. Due to the fact that I was out of the country I refused the package and asked DHL sent it back to Gearbest. I keep send them message demanding my refund and their response is they will not issue a refund until the item is received. These people don't care at all about customers or issues that they created, They are total scamers. On February 7th Gearbest asked DHL to destroyed the items instead of returning it back to them. Now they are tell me, because of their lose they will offer $200 in their store credit. Who the hell told you people I want your stupid store credit. You guys lose because you don't care of listen to the customers. If this order had been cancel since December 3 like I requested we will not be in this position. Gearbest owes me 588.75 and they are trying to steal it. Order number **************729.

Worst purchasing experience I've had. Pre-ordered a drone in December with delivery indicated for January. Cancelled order in March due to delivery being pushed back to April. Not worth the hassle. Recommend to shop elsewhere.

Excellent shop. When I bought a 3D printer from them, friendly technical support accompanied me. They sent me connection diagrams and offered various ways to solve any problems. Since the 3D printer is a complex product, I am grateful to them for their help. It is difficult for a beginner to deal with such complex things.
Most disputes were resolved in my favor, sometimes with a generous refund (true).
Ive bought a number of items from Gearbest including Xiaomi Phones, unbranded tablets and Firefly action cameras and never had problems

This is the worst service I've ever paid for. It's actually a scam, basically. I ordered Xiaomi Airdots 3 months ago. Still waiting for them.
Gearbests doesn't answer to any of my messages. They'll reply to this bad review saying that they sent me a tracking number. This tracking number clearly says that my order has been returned to China, without any attempt of delivery.
I strongly advice you to stay away from this website.

I bought a double screen waterproof camera for my daughters birthday. This camera is utterly crap! My Samsung A7 took better photo's than this! It does not focus and when you zoom in the picture it is even worse! It doesn't matter what you do. I have been trying to sent this camera back since 10 January 2019! They are FULL of excuses! I have sent them pictures of the picture quality twice and had to email the supplier videos! First they used the Chinese New year as an excuse for more than a few weeks. Then they said they will get back to me the next day. Then it was, no sorry due to the Chinese New year we can only get back to you next week... Now the supplier is only going to get hold of his suppliers before they will decide what to do. I had a ticket and they closed it without sorting it out! Then I asked them why is it closed? Nothing was done to sort this out? Now I have a second ticket that is just there as they do not even communicate on it. It has been 6 weeks! I even spoke to Gearbest on Facebook. They are just there for the salary and customer service is not a priority. Not when the purchase is not as advertised! It is now 21/02/2020 and guess what! Still not sorted out!

Still no refund after ordering my projector that you promised to refund after complaining online. Since I wrote that review, I had one reply from your customer service from an actual person and then only had automatic replies.
The product was NEVER received neither was the refund on my bank account!

I got my products but one was not what they promised and one broke after a few seconds of use. They still continue to use wrong information on their website even though they admitted to me that it is not correct. Answer: Dont really matter mate, regardless, what they do if does not arrive, they will not refund, they offer to resend at your cost. Then you do Paypal dispute, they refuse to refund unless you close the case, if you close the case, Paypal will not help. In my circumstances Paypal decided in my favour and refunded, but dragged on, avoid this company in future, Bangood better

Answer: I would advise you to stear clear. If the site does not let you order with free shipping then you have dodged a bullet. I got free shipping but the product was damaged an only fit for resting your cup on they offered a refund less the first shipping that was ment to be free or a replacement. As it cost 25 pounds to send back to resolve the matter I chose to except the replacement it came and was just as bad a tablet as the first. Take my advice and run a mile.
