Amazing deals, Good delivery and Responsive customer service... what else can I look for when buying online.
Till now, I made more than 10 orders and had no big issue so far, most items arrived as described in relatively good time for my country, sometimes however, the processing time may take too long especially when an item is out of stock... the customer service is kind and helpful (didn't try a dispute yet).
Overall, I recommend this site to everyone.

I started using GearBest not very long ago and also was not a very frequent buyer back then but now I see lots and lots of offers that I no one can afford to lose so I started using GearBest more and more. Only downside is that sometimes the product is not gone through proper QC and so some cheap products may get damaged easily. I had some really hard time with cheap electronic products purchased from there but usuallyGearBest replacement and refund policies compensate for the same.

I bought a phone from them wich was supposed to be shockproof and in the first month I got it it fell from a table and broke. I ask them for responsabilty and they told there was nothing they could do and offered e a 2$ compensation. I didn´t agree and they offered me 10, the 20 and now 25$ wich I don´t accept because I think that phone was an scam.
When I bought the phone i took longer to arrive to my home that it said on the website.
Gearbest could work correctly until you have a problem with one of their products, they don´t take responsability and just try to keep your money
