I have already bought several products, both for me and my friends, and orders are always shipped quickly and well packed. I always take advantage of the various discount coupons that appear frequently. I already presented the site to friends, who never bought outside my country (Brazil) and they liked it and started to buy it too. In all the times I needed support, I have always been well attended and until today everything has always been solved, that's great, not every website really cares about customer satisfaction as does GearBest.
In gearbest.com I have a lot of fun buying a good service and promotions and shipping is almost always within the time and I have no major complaints but rather congratulate this store that is very organized and easy to use.

Shopping with Gearbest is not safe.
I ordered a 400 euro laptop and did not purchase insurance' (I thought insurance was for the laptop, and I was not going to send my laptop to China for repairs) - I didn't know it was shipping insurance, I didn't even know that existed.
They told me my product arrived on June 26 at 10:26 am - but I never received it - I checked my post office, my neighbours, businesses near me everything. ALSO - Gearbest refused to find out the local tracking number in France for me so that I could further look in to it and try and find my parcel.
They simply say it is the shipping company responsibility and offer 50% refund for store credit. I can't believe it. I have tried to sort it out with them but they refuse to help me any further.
Is it even legal to treat customers like this? I can't believe a package would just go missing like this. And furthermore that Gearbest won't help me resolve it with the shipping company if it is the shipping companies fault.
So now I am out 400 because I made a claim with Paypal finally and have been waiting for nearly 1 month (since July) for an answer. I really hope it goes well, and I wish Gearbest would just return me the funds or send me a new product.

I've now made more than 20 orders on gearbest so I definetly have enough experience to evaluate this shop.
Gearbest is just fantastic, they offer a great variety of product so that you can almost always find what you need, the prices are great and most of the times better than other competitors. They also offer a great range of shipping options so that you can find the best that suits your needs. I would definetly recommend you to try them out!
I think is spent 1k - 2k$ on gearbest.
1. I wrote a bad review on a product and it didn't get published.
2. Orders get split, received part of it and for the other I had to wait for ages and go to the post again.
3. Misleading promos.
4. When I open a support ticket the support person asks questions on information I've already provided in the first message.

Devo ammettere che sono sempre stato diffidente riguardo l'acquistare articoli spediti dalla Cina ma con Gearbest è cambiato tutto.
La spedizione dei vari ordini ha impiegato al massimo 15 giorni (totali) ed i prodotti erano sempre in perfetto stato, grazie anche ad un ottimo imballaggio.
E' capitato anche che abbiano spedito subito due di quattro articoli totali (spedendo poi il resto successivamente e senza alcun costo per me), per farmi ricevere al più presto la merce.
Il servizio clienti è stato fulmineo e rispondeva dopo pochi istanti in inglese nonostante io scrivessi in italiano.
Non da ultimo devo segnalare una delle cose che preferisco e cioè la presenza costante di offerte e codici sconto che sono la soluzione migliore per invogliare gli acquirenti.

Answer: Some people will get their products, some will not. Some will get what they expected and some will not. I got my products but one was not what they promised and one broke after a few seconds of use. They still continue to use wrong information on their website even though they admitted to me that it is not correct. I wrote a review on their web site about the product that broke after a few seconds of use and they blocked it so it still looks like the product only has positive reviews. Answer: Dont really matter mate, regardless, what they do if does not arrive, they will not refund, they offer to resend at your cost. Then you do Paypal dispute, they refuse to refund unless you close the case, if you close the case, Paypal will not help. In my circumstances Paypal decided in my favour and refunded, but dragged on, avoid this company in future, Bangood better

Answer: Yes Adam, did you pay with PayPal? If Then contact PayPal and claim your money back and stat away from gearbest, they lied to me and now i an trying to get my 100 dollars back. Answer: You can try the Better Business Bureau like I did however they never responded to them either, they did respond to the tickets I opened up on their site but the replies weren't of much use and not very helpful.

Answer: I would advise you to stear clear. If the site does not let you order with free shipping then you have dodged a bullet. I got free shipping but the product was damaged an only fit for resting your cup on they offered a refund less the first shipping that was ment to be free or a replacement. As it cost 25 pounds to send back to resolve the matter I chose to except the replacement it came and was just as bad a tablet as the first. Take my advice and run a mile.
