Hello everyone. I buy a lot from gearbest.com and I am completely satisfied with this shop. I have purchased several things from there and all goods were delivered in 3-6 weeks to Poland. The quality of customer service is also very good from my experience. They reply once a day and are very kind to help you. I also like the payment methods since there are plenty to choose. I live in Poland and I can pay even via polish middlemen services like Przelewy24 etc. which gives me more safety. Also there is a good addition with points so you can go below the sales price even further. Will definitely buy more goods in future.
I bought a phone from Gearbest less than a year ago and it died. I approached gearbest about a refund/replacement and after much umming and ahhing, they said they'd give me a whole 50 USD to spend in THEIR STORE for my troubles. Nevermind that this device cost me nearly 500 AUD and now I don't have a phone to use. I will be reporting this business to the ACCC for this illegal misstep.

I ordered Xiaomi redmi note 4 track number RG*******BE. Parcel didn't come to Ukraine. Gearbest don't return my money. After I made few tickets they blocked my account, Now if I want log in (my account *******@bk.ru) it is an error "Your account is experiencing technical issues, please contact our Support Center". So I lose my money and they delete my account, I didn't recommend buy from Gearbest anything!
Заказала смартфон Xiaomi redmi note 4, трек номер RG*******BE. Телефон так и не приехал (можно проверить на любом сайте для проверки треков). Писала им много раз тикеты но они просто тянули время. Одного дня просто забанили или удалили мой аккаунт (*******@bk.ru) при входе ошибка "Your account is experiencing technical issues, please contact our Support Center". Писала им на мейл но ответа нет только ссылка на новый тикет но войти прочитать нельзя так как удалили аккаут. Не рекомендую у них покупать в магазине Gearbest так как окажитесь без денег и без товара, а потом вас просто забанят.

Answer: Some people will get their products, some will not. Some will get what they expected and some will not. I got my products but one was not what they promised and one broke after a few seconds of use. They still continue to use wrong information on their website even though they admitted to me that it is not correct. Answer: Dont really matter mate, regardless, what they do if does not arrive, they will not refund, they offer to resend at your cost. Then you do Paypal dispute, they refuse to refund unless you close the case, if you close the case, Paypal will not help. In my circumstances Paypal decided in my favour and refunded, but dragged on, avoid this company in future, Bangood better

I got free shipping but the product was damaged an only fit for resting your cup on they offered a refund less the first shipping that was ment to be free or a replacement. As it cost 25 pounds to send back to resolve the matter I chose to except the replacement it came and was just as bad a tablet as the first. Take my advice and run a mile.
