After more than 2 months GearBest accepted to pay the refund. Still think they should improve their Customers Service, because I explained from the beginning I didn't receive the order and their answer was that it appears "delivered". Probably is their delivery company fault as well (Yodel- worst delivery company ever). At this moment I am glad I received my money back, but the chances to buy again from them are very low.

I have placed an order with them in June and after 3 weeks I contacted them as I didn't receive anything.
They didn't know the name of the delivery company (called Yodel- avoid as well)and I had to find it myself. Once I have done that I went to collect the parcel and I've been told it was send back to Gearbest and I contacted them for refund.
They told me the parcel was send back to me and after I told them I didn't receive it, they said it appears on their tracking order as it was delivered so they won't give me the money back.
They are the worst company ever.
Strongly advise to avoid them if you don't want to loose your money.

I got my products but one was not what they promised and one broke after a few seconds of use. They still continue to use wrong information on their website even though they admitted to me that it is not correct. Answer: Dont really matter mate, regardless, what they do if does not arrive, they will not refund, they offer to resend at your cost. Then you do Paypal dispute, they refuse to refund unless you close the case, if you close the case, Paypal will not help. In my circumstances Paypal decided in my favour and refunded, but dragged on, avoid this company in future, Bangood better

Answer: I would advise you to stear clear. If the site does not let you order with free shipping then you have dodged a bullet. I got free shipping but the product was damaged an only fit for resting your cup on they offered a refund less the first shipping that was ment to be free or a replacement. As it cost 25 pounds to send back to resolve the matter I chose to except the replacement it came and was just as bad a tablet as the first. Take my advice and run a mile.
