I bought a mouse and some other products. On average on time. I like the price on average and the app is easy to use
I first discovered GearBest back in 2016. Since then I have purchased numerous items, often taking advantage of their special 'email only' prices and 'Flash' sales. I particularly browse their site when I'm looking to purchase tech items and accessories as they have such a wide range, usually at lower prices than equivalent products on other online sites.
My most recent purchase was a couple of Anime display figurines (Order# **************750) bought at a special 'email only' price and I could not be happier with the quality and size of the items which now are on display in my office.
I've never had any issues with GearBest. Items have always been delivered within the approximated time frame. Smaller items are sometimes a little under protected, relying on the product packaging itself for protection during shipping, but otherwise, nothing has arrived damaged or required a replacement item. Overall I'm happy with GearBest, would recommend them to others, and will continue to shop with them in the future.

Since i found GearBest online is my first choice when I search for good gadgets and electronics.
I think this is the best deal for these things. While my most expensive buy is Xiaomi Redmi S2 (order: **************766) where I also used the Priority Line service and im waiting for it.

I ordered from this company over a month ago. When I placed the order it said the delivery time was 5-15 days. I got an email after two weeks saying it was shipped and it will now take 12-25 days. I have emailed them several times with no reply. It is well past the delivery date and still not here. I went to the BBB web site to file a complaint. Maybe I should have looked there before I ordered. They have nothing but complaints for non delivery of orders. PLEASE AVOID THIS COMPANY!
Despite what they say. They never sent me a tracking number and on my account it says a tracking number is not provided. After I filed complaints they claim to have a tracking number. I checked it and it does not work. Lol just avoid all contact with this company unless you like to loose money.
I buy electronics, clothes and different accesories and tools from many well-known chinese stores that I am not going to name, and Gearbest is honestly the best one. They provide higher quallity, verified and branded goods, better ways of shipment, often shipped from Europe instead of China (I am from Europe) which makes shipping a lot faster and cheaper. There are many sales and discounts over time. Gearbest also takes much more responsibility over quallity of their goods and customer satisfaction when compared to other similar online shops. Customer service is very good as well.

Gearbest makes you feel like you are their most important customer, even when I didn't have insurance on my parcel and my local postal service lost my parcel the customer service always helped me kindly as far as the could and gave me a refund. The new order arrived and they are wonderful products at such a low price. I am especially happy with how they treat their customers.
I have been using gearbest for two years now, and have spent almost 2000 Euros in the website, I have bought a laptop, smartphones, earphones, a speaker and many other items. The items come in about 3-4 weeks and never had to send anything back, the custommer support always responds within 48 hours although the answers seem preset the problem always is solved. Right now Gearbest is my main store when it comes to tech because it sells from great brands such as Xiaomi.
My latest purchase was a laptop. This is in fact the greatest laptop you can get for the price you pay, beside to the specs you see on the description of the laptop, it also has an extra slot for another ssd to expand the 256gb, the keyboard is the same used in previous versions of the macbook, so has you'd expect is of great quality, the backlid lighting is also very great when in the dark. The battery can last about 8 hours, the screen has great colors. The fingerprint is precise and fast, and the speakers have very rich and loud sound when the laptop is in a table.
It has a few minor inconveniences: The windows comes in chinese but you can easily reinstall windows and still keep the licence and the edges are a bit sharp when you carry it.
Overall the greatest laptop i have ever had, and if i wanted to buy a laptop with the same specs and construction quality in my country (Portugal), I would have to spend at least 1500 Euros.
I just want to tell you, that when i was searching for cheap but good quality micro SD cards - i found that Gearbest provides best price. Delivered in 14 days. Nothing damaged. H2testw test passed without errors. I like Gearbest!

Got to know about this app from Facebook and bought one product as a trail. Honestly i didn't expect that it will in actual deliver the product and as a human behavior i thought Gearbest as a fake app, but when i get the product via courier i got surprised. The packaging, product etc every thing was exactly the same as it has been described in the website. Further i ordered more products and second courier i received just a day before and everything was same as expected. More products are on its way.
And one more thing, Gearbest app has lots of fun thing to do as well as lots of discount and free stuffs to be won. I suggest everyone to check the app and in a start just order one product, might be the cheapest one just to check it's (Gearbest) quality & service.

I got my products but one was not what they promised and one broke after a few seconds of use. They still continue to use wrong information on their website even though they admitted to me that it is not correct. Answer: Dont really matter mate, regardless, what they do if does not arrive, they will not refund, they offer to resend at your cost. Then you do Paypal dispute, they refuse to refund unless you close the case, if you close the case, Paypal will not help. In my circumstances Paypal decided in my favour and refunded, but dragged on, avoid this company in future, Bangood better

Answer: I would advise you to stear clear. If the site does not let you order with free shipping then you have dodged a bullet. I got free shipping but the product was damaged an only fit for resting your cup on they offered a refund less the first shipping that was ment to be free or a replacement. As it cost 25 pounds to send back to resolve the matter I chose to except the replacement it came and was just as bad a tablet as the first. Take my advice and run a mile.
