Gearbest hat viele Angebote, die bei uns auf dem Markt teilweise so nicht erhältlich sind. Oft kommen sie aus Fernost, das hat natürlich entsprechende Folgen wie erhöhte Lieferzeiten, evtl. Zoll-Fragen, erschwerte Abwicklung von Service Angelegenheiten.
Wenn man sich dessen bewusst ist, und sich im Vorwege erkundigt, wie es z. B. um Menü Sprachen, Betriebssystemen in zumindest engischer Sprache steht, erhält man Ware, die oft Bestseller auf dem chinesischem Markt sind, auch bei uns zu z.Tl. Erstaunlich günstigen Preisen.
Auf jeden Fall nicht nur einen Blick, sonder gerne auch einen Versuch wert!
Das Service Team benötigte ich bei meinen bislang 8 Käufen nur ein Mal und es war sehr hilfsbereit und entgegenkommend.

The products, i've ordered so far, were always in a very good, solid package. The shipping time was the most often short (very depends on the country. The ordered products weren't broken. I had one question on your customer support, too. The answer came very quickly and your support team solved my problem, too. More then 2 months ago I paid a 2in1 Chuwi pc and I received 2 SEPARATE items into 1 shipment: the tablet and the keyboard.
On arrival, the tablet worked normally, but the keyboard arrived broken (Damaged On Arrival).
The Gearbest assistance DID NOT SUGGEST me to return both the 2 devices and later on the same assistant informed me that I could receive only a very small part of the shipment expenses I paid in order to send the keyboad to the Gearbest warehouse in Spain, DUE TO THE RETURN OF 1 ITEM ONLY
The assistance was very bad, and made me the wrong thing in shipping only 1 item and causing loss of time and money.
AFTER ABOUT 3 MONTHS FROM THE ORDER, I am still waiting for a working keyboard! DONT BUY GEARBEST, THEY ARE NOT RELIABLE!
The shoes look like on the picture and I really liked them but the reflective strap came of after some use. I mean for the money you can't expect much more haha
But overall good experience using gearbestc compared to other similar websites (like *cough* *cough* Aliexpre. *cough*)
Customer service refunded me the value of the shoes. With chinese websites you always have to take extra care with cutomer support. Gearbest's cutomer service seems about right. I had bad experiences with Ali's customer service so I appreciate the effort of Gearbest
My experience so far has been great.
The first time I ordered from Gb i didn't know what to expect, but as soon as my first package arrived I knew I could order again. Years later, I still use Gearbest and nothing has changed. The prices are still reasonable, the shipping time to Croatia is good, and the products come undamaged so i never had to return anything.
I would recommend Gearbest to anyone.

Stay away, if you don't want to loose the money. If you search the Internet, you will find out that positives are written by thenselves. I got stupid cameras instead of vacum cleaners! They have no customer service, the stupid/ poor answers are made by robots! I lost moneya and a lot of time! Not recommended!

I'm from peru, I always used sites like ebay and aliexpress to buy clothes and cases (cheap stuff) but then I decided to buy a phone, gearbest was really famous and decided to give it a try. And I really don't regret it! The shipping was by fast the fastest I've ever experienced ($2 with tracking) It only took 14 days! It was crazy, i was scared at first but when It came I was so relieved and now I trush gearbest for a lot of stuff. They reply fast and the customer service is what you would expect. Plus seasonal sales! Looking forward to buy more products from them
Answer: Some people will get their products, some will not. Some will get what they expected and some will not. I got my products but one was not what they promised and one broke after a few seconds of use. They still continue to use wrong information on their website even though they admitted to me that it is not correct. I wrote a review on their web site about the product that broke after a few seconds of use and they blocked it so it still looks like the product only has positive reviews. Answer: Dont really matter mate, regardless, what they do if does not arrive, they will not refund, they offer to resend at your cost. Then you do Paypal dispute, they refuse to refund unless you close the case, if you close the case, Paypal will not help. In my circumstances Paypal decided in my favour and refunded, but dragged on, avoid this company in future, Bangood better

Answer: I would advise you to stear clear. If the site does not let you order with free shipping then you have dodged a bullet. I got free shipping but the product was damaged an only fit for resting your cup on they offered a refund less the first shipping that was ment to be free or a replacement. As it cost 25 pounds to send back to resolve the matter I chose to except the replacement it came and was just as bad a tablet as the first. Take my advice and run a mile.
