I made a lot of purchases there. Lots of electronics purchased. Never had any issues with support nor products. Packages are quickly shipped, support replies quickly, also seller provides some shipping methods that greatly reduces chances to avoid customs and taxes (Poland). Using PayPal gives you additional protection, but I never needed such with this store.

Never had any issues with website - it is very intuitive.

My one gripe is that shipping takes a while, but considering when I live in the United States, it's not unexpected. Shipping options range from very cheap unregistered airmail, to speedy, more expensive options. Payment options are either site direct, or through PayPal, so you know your data is safe. Paid for DHL delivery and they split my order shipping one item by second rate company but still charged me DHL price. Follow up was less than satisfying. Will never buy from them again. Still haven't received my item and it was shipped 10 days before the one I received from DHL.

Ok after they found out I had written a few reviews they refunded me the entire shipping cost and the price of the item that was never delivered. I think getting PayPal involved help. Would I do business with this Company again, NO!

"E' stata la prima volta che ho acquistato da un sito un prodotto tecnologico come il Teclast F5 e, superato l'inconveniente della spedizione, devo dire che mi sono trovato egregiamente! Il Servizio clienti e la tempestivita' con cui rispondono ai vari tickets per le problematiche varie e' sorprendente.
Gentilezza e cordialita' in primis il che fanno intendere una professionalita' davvero meritata!
Il prodotto in se' arriva nelle migliori condizioni e persino l'imballaggio mi ha sorpreso tanto fosse accurato e preciso.
Il servizio della tracciabilita' poi e' preciso e ben organizzato. Seguivo il mio pacco ogni giorno e notavo i vari cambiamenti e spostamenti sul dove si trovasse.
Sito in inglese, e' vero ma piu' che comprensibile per tutti.
E' vero che essendo dall'altra parte del mondo le tempistiche non sono immediate ma e' il rovescio della medaglia a cui si deve far fronte in cambio di un acquisto a prezzi davvero competitivi.
Sono davvero molto soddisfatto e di sicuro acquistero' altri prodotti da questo sito in quanto, come descritto precedentemente, ho trovato ottimi punti a loro favore che me lo hanno fatto diventare di diritto uno dei miei siti di riferimento per gli acquisti.
Mi sento personalmente di raccomandarlo a molti perche' se si superano le varie "discriminazioni" verso alcuni prodotti asiatici, ci si rende conto che la qualita' e soprattutto il prezzo sono davvero un ottimo affare.
E' stato il mio primo acquisto e di sicuro ne seguiranno altri proprio perche' una volta capito il meccanismo poi, diventa davvero un sito dove si risparmia!"

Zero complains with gearbest, the support is awesome, I buy almost every Tech Thing I need in their website! Fast shipping with spain express (I live in Portugal and the shipping so fast, for example, my last purchase was a Xiaomi Mi box, and the shipping time was 2 days, that's awesome, BTW best Android Box all time, it's a must for someone like me who love tvshows, Netflix and Koki with some addons run completly smoth, zero issues, like support tickets with gearbest).

I am a huge Xiaomi Fan and a lot of their stuff I cannot buy elsewhere in europe. So one day i came across GearBest. That's the place you get everything you want to have. I bought some Xiaomi lamps, a drone and some other stuff in the past 2 years and everything worked really well. Nothing got lost, I got all the invoices and I am still in love with the stuff I bought. The only thing you have to keep in mind are the long shipping times! It can take some weeks or sometimes more than a month untill the stuff arrives. So if you are patient and want good stuff, you sometimes can't get elsewhere, GearBest is your home (: One last thing... I bought those water resistant heat-shrinkable tubes with an integrated solder ring... I mean that's awesome... never saw something like this and I often needed something like this before :D

Mi experiencia en GearBest como comprador a sido de las mejores inclusive siendo que muchos de los productos que pedí en su momento viajaban desde China hacia México, sin embargo, esto no fue razón para que tuviese problemas con ellos, si no por el contrario, recibí satisfactoriamente los productos que había ordenado en excelente estado, y cuando tuve un problema con un producto que sufrió daños durante dicho viaje, la atención de servicio al cliente fue fantástica, muy profesional y eficiente, recomendado 100%.

On 25/09/2018 i've made a purchase via gearbest Order No: **************134. I expected to receive the item in a month or two but i was pleasantly surprised when it arrived in 2 weeks time. Everything went smoothly. The communication is a pleasure. Total experience A++!
