Seems like my account is not working now. I have done everything you asked. Now if you could fix this it would be greatly appreciated. I am a Regional manager for a pharmaceutical company. My company has thousands of GasBuddy accounts. If mine can't get be fixed I am going to have the company discontinue all GasBuddy accounts losing your company hundreds of thousands of dollars.

Silly that you would want this instead of fixing an account which had been with you for years. Simply because one of your employees bullied my nephew who is autistic. I will make sure many people hear about this. They employ immature people like Cady and Nychole who like bullying people.

Absolutely the worst company. Simply find another company is my advice.

Went to a station because of gas buddy price. Get there and it is higher for both midgrade and premium. Corrected the prices. It stuck for about 5 seconds and the reverted to wrong price. Tried three times. Every time it reverted to wrong price after about 5 seconds. Can't trust it.

What started out as a great help has turned into a rocket science nightmare! By the time you get through all the ads and changes EVERY TIME YOU LOG ON you could run out of gas! It is now just an EPIC WASTE OF TIME!

I had clipped a deal, and used it within the time alotted. This was more than 3 weeks ago. I've written emails to support at least four times already. I only received one automated reply. No agent has yet taken the time to give a live reply.

I've been trying to cash out for a gift card and there is NO way I have been able to find to do that. The only option through the app is to apply for a credit card! I DO NOT WANT A CREDIT CARD I ONLY WANT TO GET THE CREDIT I'VE EARN IN A GIFT CARD! This app is a total SCAM!

They advertise $0.25/gal discounts and actually offer $0.02-0.04 /gal discount that is still $0.10/gal higher than Sams. They cherry pick high retailers to offer bigger discounts, but in the end, you are paying more.
They are a total rip-off and deceptive in advertising practices and the amount of data they collect before and after you sign-up. Stay away from these scammers.

I went to a gas station because gasbuddy had it listed there with a good price. When I got there, the gas was much more expensive, so I tried to put in the correct price, but the app wouldn't accept it. I "thought I'd try out the "right price" icon just for curiosity sake, and the app immediately accepted it! Talk about a scam; once I inadvertently confirmed the WRONG price, it was impossible to change it! Such a scam; obviously the gas companies and gasbuddy are colluding.

Pulling a 5th wheel needing diesel, tried 3 different times on trip, last stop said $4.79, wind all around through city streets on to find it $5.49, headed back to the highway on our own and it's 29 cents cheaper. So frustrating, won't use the site again while traveling.

GasBuddy lets everyone to post reviews and posts anonymously without any review. A number of the positive reviews are by the business owners and negative reviews are by the competitors. Trustworthiness of GasBuddy is zero.

I used to use gas buddy all the time and loved it. They changed to not include Sam's or Costco local.

Not reliable. Some of the people post wrong information while sitting home to get gas buddy free rewards. Actual prices at the locations are always different. Gas stations change correct prices but these toppers on the list reporting gas prices somehow reflect wrong and always higher prices which is detrimental to businesses because they lose customers. We own a gas station. Whenever we change prices, someone changes it back to the same old price. And even review the business without even visiting the store probably.

We just drove 10 miles out of our way because Mobile advertised 3.62. When we got there it was 377. I suspect that the business has people constantly updating their gas price to something outrageously low just to get customers to drive there.

I used to be a huge fan of Gas Buddy but lately the discounts have dwindled down to a few cents per gallon and many of the prices you see in you search are not the price at the pumps. That defeats the purpose of the entire app.

What is the purpose of GasBuddy, if not to help motorists locate fuel centers with the best prices? Yet, if there is no actual process by which the continual posting of false information (gas prices) can be stopped and the responsible abuser(s) of the GasBuddy app (e.g. FleetZman) is held accountable, then the entire GasBuddy premise is compromised and therefore worthless as a value-driven mobile application.

Way to many times I find the posted price for diesel is $3.49.9, I got to the station and the pump reads $3.79.9, this happens way to many times, I believe that the station posts those lower fuel prices just to get you into the station. Once there and you are now low on fuel you are forced into buying from them. This is not right and makes me want to stop wsing the app.

Price updates are very very very slow to show up. C'mon, GasBuddy, this is the computer age, and your site is crowdsourced! You're slower than the Pony Express!

This site is a total waist of time and money. You find a so called good deal on fuel and when you get there the price is not the same. For example, today I looked for the best price of diesel in my area. Found a wawa at 339, upon arrival it was 30 cents more. I drove out of my way to get this false deal and used extra fuel that ended up costing me more money. This site should be eliminated or at least come up with a better way of reporting fuel prices. I'm deleting this app from my phone.

Went into site, 20 hours old was the best they could do. Total waste of time. At least delete prices from last night. Everyone knows prices go up in the morning...get with it gasbuddy.

***CONSUMER BEWARE*** FRAUD! It is not true that your personal information is totally safe with GasBuddy. My GasBuddy account was compromised/hacked, and today I found over 20 fraudulent charges after they overdrew my account. In attempting to file a dispute with GasBuddy, the representative "could not find me in the system" through my name, phone number, or social. I've had an account with them for years and they are attached to my bank account...which they pull money from when I use their gas card, yet they somehow cannot find my account in their system?!?! We were 'somehow' disconnected, and they did not call me back. The thieves siphoned over $1,500 from my connected checking account. I will try GasBuddy one more time tomorrow and give them the opportunity to make this right. If they do not, I will pursue legal action & fraud charges through the FTC. I have already filed action with my bank. CONSUMER BEWARE.

GasBuddy shows $4.23 / gallon at the Riverwoods gas station on Knott Rd, but that is NOT correct. When I drove there specifically due to the price, I found out that it was actually $4.59 / gallon. The gas attendant said, "GasBuddy needs to update and correct what they're posting."
