Impossible to contact. All other garden companies have delivered during this crisis. I have heard nothing can't contact them and not received my plants ordered April5th... now May 19th.
Ordered on the 10th April still no delivery, no answer to tickets, no update, no refund stay away, there is no way to contact them either
I ordered in good faith on 11th April and the website indicated that the 3 to 5 days processing time had been delayed to 10 to 15. I checked at 15 days and the website then said 20 days and it is now 5 weeks and still no idea of when they will be delivered. This is in marked contrast to all other local and online services I have used

This company needs to be shut down as a matter of urgency. They are frauduantly taking money from people and failing to deliver the goods. You cannot contact them except on-line to which they do not reply. We are trying to get our money back via our credit card provider and will be going to Trading Standards.
Don't spend your money on them! They are still advertising and taking your money and after that there is no information what so ever! Poor people who paid a lot for their order and still waiting for delivery. I hope somebody will finally do something about this scam company! They should be ashamed that using people trust in this difficult time! I am disgusted with Gardening Express!
Still waiting for order - over a month now. Avoid this company! Really disappointing particularly as plant centres are now open!
I have ordered with them four times. The second order was for a pair of standard roses which both arrived dead.
I'm still waiting for the third and fourth orders placed on 12th and 14th April. (it's now 19th May)
They are unlikely to arrive before the end of May which is way too late to enjoy the plants I've ordered.
They don't respond to queries (tickets in their language).
They continue to advertise which is even more galling.
The delivery times quoted on their web site are completely fictitious.

I have reported them to Trading Standards and the Advertising Authority and am seeking refunds from my credit card company. The company is owned by Chris Bonnett the sole director and made a profit of £684,000 last year. They can afford to improve their offering and customer service.
Ordered 9 April and am still waiting, just get an automated response to the ticket enquiry system, which tells you to look at the FAQ's which says delivery could be up to 2-4 weeks. Plainly that time has come and gone! Think they need to change their name! Not impressed especially as the garden centres are now opening up
I placed my order a month ago and I am still waiting... terrible automated customer service. Probably not great at the best of times, but now it is all coronavirus's fault. Have ordered stuff from other mail order companies during this time and they have all managed to deliver... I wait and I wait but I shan't be using them again. If they would just reply it would be a help.

I waited over a month for delivery and when my 2 plants arrived 1 was dead and the other had the flowers broken off. Really disappointing and service was appalling.
On April 7 I spent £360, I have not received anything yet, today 10 of May.
On April 17 I received an email from gardening express saying they would be delivering my plants in the next few days. On April 29 I sent an email telling them, I did not want the plants and ask for refund. They did not reply. I call the credit card company and request a refund, which is on dispute. Do Not buy from this company, they are not serious, they blame Covid 19 for their poor services, I bought few plants from other garden centres and they were delivered the next day. Do Not waiste your money.
More then 20 busyness days and no delivery yet. Please do not use this Company, scammers! Take money quick and then nothing's happened.
Please do not use this company, the reviews about poor customer service are true. I honestly believe good reviews are fake. I placed my order on 27/03/20 and it is still waiting for dispatch (06/05/20). I have created 4 support tickets and not one of them has been answered. I have asked for a refund. Again they have not responded to that either.

I ordered plants totalling £80 on 7 April. I have not received them and it is now over a month ago that I ordered them. I have only had one email which confirmed my purchase and that the money had been taken from my account. I have sent numerous emails with no replies. I noticed today there is another e mail address supplied for customer services but still no reply and to be honest I don't now expect any. This is a terrible service and also wish I had read the reviews before ordering.
The most horrible, ridiculously bad experience. I am one of many out of pocket with no plants. Despite a website that bears all the indicators of reliability, if you dig deeper you see that there is literally no method to contact this company other than an online ticket' system to which I have gotten no replies other than computer-generated responses. Just read comments on FB, Instagram, Twitter, all the review aired like this one. You've been warned. Avoid.

Answer: Suggest complaining to the UK government's Coronavirus Business Complaints process as sadly many people have had the same experience including myself. Their Quality "tickets" process is all part of the scam.
