Still fighting with them

I have been dealing with an issue with a used product key. When I requested a refund or a new key they asked me to provide a screenshot of me trying to use the code which I done, then wanted me to provide a screenshot of me talking to Microsoft customer service concerning the already used key which I did. Now they keep asking me to provide more screenshots of the conversation just for a 17 dollar purchase. This is my first and my last time using gamivo.

I purchased a license key for Win Server 2019 it was invalid and I lost my money since their support never did anything to support me. They asking me to send them a lot of proofs which I sent them them at least 2 times and despite that they were keep asking the same things all the time... After wasting my time with them I abandon the communication...
Try to avoid GAMIVO.com. Despite they are selling used keys they are not offering any support to their clients!

I bought a game code for Switch that doesn't work a month ago and they have kept my money. They use as an excuse that they have to sell it and do not return the money. If you want to lose money, buy at Gamivo.com

They sell Canceled license keys

They are very slow at customer support, taking about a day to respond to serious complaints such as being sold a canceled license key. They sold me a Canceled ESET key. I'm still waiting for them to refund my money. Thankfully, I used Paypal to pay, so I have filled a complaint with them as well. Buyer beware.

The worst service! Not recommended to use it

In addition to the game key you buy you are paying for some kind of subscription that you've never agreed to pay for. After you automatically payed for this unnecessary subscription you have to cancel it manually at you account settings. Then receive an email to confirm the cancellation. Otherwise they are going to pay them monthly. The support never refund the money if you haven't done all this. The worst service! Not recommended to use it!

You will see a pattern to the bad reviews across all review platforms: their outrageous Smart Subscription "service". They use this to extract small payments from people until you notice and cancel. They also lie about the cost - my subscription was supposed to be charged at £1.82 according to my account but they charge £2.29 and £2.24. The customer service agent said this related to a "payment fee" but couldn't explain why it varied. Avoid this provider. Interestingly they have tried to take down my review on another site and I had to provide full information to have it verified (see images below)

Orderd Cyberpunk 2077, havent delivered the cdkey yet and the time is 23.10 release day. Customer service wont help and only says it can be delivered at 00.00 12/10/2020, day after release. Wont refund my money and refuse to help. Never gonna buy something from this scamsite, be aware. Never buy a pre-order from then if you want your product release day.

He sells send a code already sold to a 100 customer. Then they spent a week making you work for them, take a screnn shot then send your purchase history... until you don't want to know anything about my money, that's their method

Gamivo scam - stay away!

Hi, I'm here to report my awful experience with Gamivo. Almost two weeks ago I bought an Assassin's Creed Valhalla key. The key I got was already redeemed. "Ok I'll ask for a refund, this can happen I guess". Well, I also guess I have to say goodbye to my 50€ since after asking for screenshots of the error, of my purchase history on Microsoft account and even screenshots of my chat with Microsoft support service they are ignoring me and keep writing "please be patient" randomly like two times a week. I wish I'd never bought from them.

AVOID LIKE THE PLAGUE

They want tons of verification procedures for a 2$ item. Why do I have to give you my ID and personal data for one purchase? WITH A CARD THAT HAS NEVER BEEN USED ON YOUR PLATFORM. If I'd buy bulk items I'd agree with that, but not for NOTHING.

SMART SUBSCRIPTION SCAM

Adds a SMART subscription to your shopping cart without telling you that its gonna charge u monthly. Then proceeds to charge you monthly. If u cancel and request a refund they tell u its your fault you signed up and they won't refund you. Extremely shady website.

Ive bought about six keys from them, two were region locked and labeled as global, one was used already, and one was out of stock but still available for purchase. The options for refunds were either gamivo balance, or to wait for the keys to resell. I waited for resale on two of them, and its been about three months with no word from them. I was also charged a random $3, i had never signed up for any reoccurring charge, and they never refunded it. Id stick to more reputable sites.

The month after I purchased a key they charged my 2,5 euros for nothing. I tried contacting their support and they stopped responding. It may not be much but it's still stealing.
STAY AWAY.

Got scammed by gamivo...

So i ordered 3x XBOX Live Gold Codes for 125€. I paid with paypal. Gamivo then forced me to send a picture of my drivers licence or ID card and a handwritten letter with "gamivo" on it. I was confused... i allready paid for these codes and they still wanted to see my ID card? So i decided to send in a picture of my ID card and the handwritten letter... after a few minutes i got another mail from gamivo. This time they wanted to get a picture of my credit card and another handwritten letter. This time i denied their request. Why do they want to see my credit card digits? As i said, i already paid with paypal and my credit card doesnt play a role in this transaction.

To this day, i did not receive my codes and gamivo doesnt answer my request for a refund.

I got scammed...

Im in contact with paypal now... trying to get my money back.

I bought a game at 1AM and my order was on hold, I asked support where my game was and they stated I needed to confirm it?! Why the hell would I need to confirm an order when they've already taken the money anyways? Well I got it sorted, but when I tried to redeem my key they couldn't give it to me as it was no longer available AFTER I PAID FOR IT! Although I got a refund, you shouldn't give others a product someone else has already bought.

Wrong site to go

This business does not mind how it will get your money. Without asking they enroll you automatically in a monthly payment when you buy any product.
They won't give you anything for the money. When asked to return the money, they won't do it.

Any money taken from bank account without owner approval is wrong. But not returning it after being asked is called stealing. Shame on you GAMIVO.
