I bought a game a month ago, when prompted at check out for the smart subscription I deferred.
I did not take the smart subscription. Lo and behold my CC is charged with the monthly smart subscription.
I contacted their support but kept getting the same reply that I subscribed.
It is not even on the email sent from you guys, It says I only bought my game.
Support does not provide any help, would also not allow you to talk to a supervisor. Will keep on blocking you.
Customer Service Representative dropped the online chat on me.
Update. Got to chat with another representative, they confirm that I was able to disable the subscription before my purchase but it did not disable. They say it enabled when I purchased the special price which for me is a scam.
I am not able to get any refund on this. I think they have a no refund policy on their "smart subscription"
Reading on other reviews this seems to be their modus operandi
Even after me saying two or three times I didn't want the subscription it still added the subscription therefore im sticking to cdkeys even if it's abit more expensive it's worth it.
Quite many games bought on gamivo and never had a problem.
Simply amazing. I've bought a few skins here and never got scammed and, when I had a problem they would answer me in mins. As I said, amazing. Totally recommend it.

Got a serial key I cannot register under my own email,
Opened a ticket,
Each time I contact support they contact the merchant.
Now waiting more than a week for this to be resolved.
Not happy.
Forgot to pre order doom eternal and this website helped get the pre order bonuses like skins and the master level
It's literally the worst website for buying keys. It gives you the wrong game and then they are acting like everything was right. Overall won't buy $#*! on this website again.

Customer service was good and helped me get a store credit back for a key that didn't work. The only negative was the response times. Each contact took several business days to hear back.
Just bought the game and I could play. It was quick to activate the key on steam

Buy a key, get the key, it's invalid (duplicated), tell them straight away... After 3 weeks still no solution. Never again...
I got scammed by gamivo.
All i bought was borderlands, and somehow they scammed me with some strange subscription then. I paid with paypal some months for it before recognizing that could happen.
Be aware of these gamivo scams when purchasing games.
Smooth transaction... Received the Xbox code instantly.
The only negative was having to uncheck the box during the payment page, that would have signed me up for a monthly subscription for their service.
Other than that, no problem using these guys
I got the game for cheaper then buying it normally, got the key, put it in, and it works.
Great games but soul calibur won't let me go online it just crashes every time I try. I read you wont give refunds so I probably will not buy from again because something was wrong and unrepairable when I only had to pay ten more dollars to have a perfect copy from steam..
