I wanted to buy a game code, my first port of call declined my transaction for some unknown reason, so Gamivo was my next attempt.
I got a better value code compared to the first, so I was delighted with that.
My only slight disappointment was the pricing structure can be a little vague as to what you will pay and the VIP optional addon charge?.
But this is easily visible on your checkout total.

The site have a lot of payment methods and really cheap games. From my personal experience i bought Europe universalis from 40 euro to 2.32 euros. Thats a big difference. I love this site and it also have sales for all platforms

Dear all, PLEASE ALSO CHECK other reviews here and you will notice that I am not the only one who complains about this shark behavior of Gamivo. During a game purchase this web store charged me some weird "Smart Subscription fee", which I didn't notice in the first place. When I noticed the second deduction the following month, then upon my complaint they would not refund it. So in order to prevent further charges, Gamivo staff asked me to unsubscribe on my own through my account. Typical scam company, this was my last purchase from them. Do not buy from Gamivo, or be VERY careful about the small print inside their eye-friendly, reversed color footer on the pre-checkout page. Also make sure to unselect the subscription field on every single checkout page, as Gamivo will pre-select it again on the following. This is bad business practice, nothing else.
SCAM WEBSITE, they have a very sneaky tick bo, x that if you don't untick, signs you up to their monthly subscription. You cannot get your money back on this and customer service do not care. They know that theyre doing this and have trained their customer service team to deal with complaints about it, they dont help you.
Bought a 50USD steam key from this site. They refused to refund even after I provided proof (wallet, purchase history etc.) that the key had already been redeemed. Do not buy from this site, there is no customer protection. They sell grey-market keys with no care for the customer.
Someone steal my account and make purchase with my money and no one in GAMIVO cares. Even after i report my problem to them. Stay away from this site.
I canceled my smart subscription a whole 20 days before it is supposed to renew and they charged me anyway
After talking with support I got my money back. I guess I can't be too mad it just charged me during a difficult time and even amazon did the same thing. Sounds like I don't know how to cancel subscriptions even though I've been doing it for a long time.
So I wanted to buy Minecraft. The code didn't work and they gave me the money back. No problem.
Then they charged me a subscription I didnt want for like 4 months in a row. It was like 12 overall, so I didn't notice it (it's partially my mistake), but still. It's super shady.
They will take your money and give you nothing in return. Their customer service is a joke and completely unhelpful. I hope they go out of business.
The code worked fine for a day or two, then after awhile got revoked don't use. Use a more reliable site.
Bought Nascar Heat 4 Gold edition at a discounted price and the key worked flawlessly! Highly recommend!
