They're Legit seller indeed. I've sell EvE account to them Twice:)
What I don't like about them is they buy account at very low prices. And re-sell it at very high prices.
But I need the money fast, so it leaves me no choice.
It took me 2 days to just contact them.
Their Live Support Claims 24/7 services.
But what I see is they don't online 24/7
So its false advertising!
If you want to get money. Its better to sell your character and sell ISK at forums.
That way you get a lot more of ISK
But it takes time till you sell all the ISK
Pros:
1) Legit
So the Cons of their web is:
1) Expensive sell prices and cheap buy prices.
2) Hard to contact, they claims 24/7 services. WTF! Its lie man!
3) I think their not too serious in this business. Since their LiveSupport is almost never online. Leaving a offline messages took 4-7 days to answer
I recommend this web for those who desperate selling their alts and really need money. But you have to be patience cause their pretty Sucks!
Scam site - As a victim of this site myself my advice is to stay as far away as possible from this site and a dozen others owned and operated by Eric Smith.
I knew I was in trouble as soon as I tried to change the contact info on the account I purchased. The live support link on the website is not in any way live. It links you to an email system. The listed phone number gets you to a voicemail system. I left several messages on each one and nearly 30 days later have yet to hear from Gametag.
After further scrutinizing the site I found that the info I needed in order to change the ownership of the account was an additional $49.99. It's called the Complete Information Package (CIP). Why Gametag didn't reply to any of my messages with that info, and provide the option to purchase it is beyond me. That info of course was part of the account and should have been transferred with it. The very likely result of my not having this info is that Gametag can retrieve my password, hijack the account, and resell it again.
The following website was invaluable. I wish I had found it before I threw my money away.
