My stupid brother got my account banned and I needed there help. Took 2 days for them to respond on my problem with my account. Not happy about that. When they did respond, wow did they do a good job. Actual professional in depth organized responses. To be honest, I didnt expect them to even bother following up to fix the problem but they broke down step by step how they were going to help me, contacted support and after 2 days the issue was all resolved. My account I thought I lost is back up and running again. Everyone here is happy except my brother who has a black eye, literally.

Well, couldn't go worse. I submited the initial info. Two weeks later they requested me account info again, because the password do not match with the first one provided. All ok since then. After that, the nothingness during two months, they changed the password and the email account and just didn't repond any of my emails, because the live chat is just science fiction. Thankfully i could take back my account using the game support. Very dissapointed with gametag.

Been going back and forth buying and selling in various games with this company over the years. This is a direct buying company. Super legit but the service as of late have been piss poor slow. They have compensated in the past for this but I do hope they hire more people. They suspended direct buying in World of Warcraft, they don't even ask for information from you which is a let down so I'm forced to list directly. Now the list option isn't bad at all. They pay you immediately after it sells but then you have to wait for a buyer which is the draw back. Yes I know the speed varies from game to game but would be nice if they split apart the site or detailed each game so we know how long this is going to take. It's like buying at crypsty, good system, but you may have to wait a bit depending on your game. While it's not a huge issue for me waiting, seems to be for some others. If they fix this one small issue, the site is perfect enough. That said I want to continue using this website so they do have my support but please please hire more people!

For the first purchase from them, it took a long time to eventually get a working account, but at least they communicated with me and sorted things out. This time, however, I have heard nothing about my account for a month, no responses when I tried to e-mail them.

Don't know if the site is under new management or something, but I would highly recommend staying away from it for any services they provide.

Been doing business with this company ever since I found out about them on that e-crystal site that went offline. Those skeptical about their services should use their list option that pays you before you transfer your information. It's slower but something I used ever since they launched it. Not sure if they support every game for it but the major games they do. I've never had issues with them myself. Not much more to say than that. I guess the only downside is they don't buy bulk leveled accounts instantly or at least they didn't back in 2011.

Haha, i like how they give the same BS excuse's! Your telling me that, THAT many people had the same re-occuring problems and they were all "wrong" or not sellers"
Well lets put it this way, i had done business with this company on several different occasions and i find it amazing that almost everyones complaints i had experienced at one time or another, the whole pick a new character and we'll also give you a discount coupon, the characters not being on the correct server, or the level / class being correct. Not ever getting live support to be up, and it taking you beyond way, way to long for you to respond, your a business, so act like it. Also my favorite, is the AUTOMATIC QUOTE SYSTEM! The price they quote you is NEVER the price they pay! They will ALWAYS send a follow up E-mail saying that there systems are outdated or something along those line and offer you a different price for 1/3 of the Original quote or even LESS! Its only when you SPAM, them with NEGATIVE comments they decided to get back to you, and even thats a slow process, if it takes you that long to respond get more employees! People, dont listen to there stupid automated BS responses that they say to EVERYONE that has a complaint, everyone has the SAME complaint for a reason! Because what there complaining about has happened, and does happen. N if they want to get smart i have over 30+ E-mails / Messages on FB to prove my case!

Well I disagree with the other reviewer there if it's even true to begin with. That said, I have never had conflicts with this company. Sure they maybe slow at times but between the promotions and multi game services they provide, they are truly an unique one of a kind company and arguably the best accounts dealer on the MMO Market. Not only that but they are American and you can actually communicate with them. They aren't perfect but if you set your standards high in this industry, you're going to be dissapointed no matter who you deal with. I for one am flexible and I'm just happy to know their is a company I can trust to unload my toons. You can't really beat that these days.

Gametag.com is a really bad site. I have tried to sell 4 accounts to them and they do not reply on their site. My accounts are still stuck on processing after many days. I would NOT recommend this site to anyone. If you are going to sell any game account take them elsewhere these people will waste your time and ultimately scam you. They offered good money for my eve accounts. Have not heard from them in 2/3 weeks after I tried to do business with them. AVOID THIS SITE LIKE THE BUBONIC PLAGUE!
