I am selling two accounts and it has been 12 days and no email from them at all

I have been trying to sell an account to them for last 5 weeks plus, totally given up, all i get is the same auto response email from a ' customer service rep'

Why?, and i have been keeping track, have mine and three other peoples reviews been removed? Is it because i told the truth about their horrible customer service? How can anyone trust this site if you are removing reviews from it consistantly? This site had 16 reviews a week ago and now it has only 13? Pretty weird if you ask me. Where did my review go sitejabber?

It's pretty much impossible to contact them. They practically have zero customer service.

Not sure why I'm getting updates from here but unsubscribing.
I posted above as well and they did resolve my issue and they compensated me on what ended up being a mixup on where to pay. Lots of harsh claims in here but looks like all of them boil down to not processing the order fast enough and then people panicking and making bold claims. I think they need to just stop offering services for many of the games they do as I think that's where the problem with having a quick transaction starts or they just need to increase their support. They have tons of feedback on other sites which is why I went with them. Just be patient and ask to speak with a manager as I think many have pointed out here. I have no further issues though with my Submission with them.

Maybe they are backed up in your game Tony. They have a list function as well so you can try that.

Doesn't sound like they did anything to your submission yet, just waiting on them to respond. Tell them you plan to cancel if you they don't rush your submission.

Since last month 21st up til today the account has not been sorted. God knows how many messages i've sent them knowing that their chat live does not work. You name it, facebook messages, web chat messages, vip email, i've done all and i've never had a response back but only just one where it was automated asking me for information on the character and payment method. Does it really take years to complete a transaction or even being scammed i dont know.
Afterwards, putting my status to invalid information and told me I must disable my armour security which I've done so and still that status? I have 6 different devices all can log on without authentication and even a person on mars with a pc can log on if they had my account information as there is no authentication needed after disabling armour security.
I'm sorry if this message is deleted simply because it's true and the author does not like negative feedback, however if my problem is unsolved it will stay like this until it is solved. Hopefully I will at least get a response from the team of the progress.

Im not trying to be impatient, but Ive been waiting nearly a month to hear anything. I submitted my account in June, and I still havent gotten anything response. Ive sent multiple emails, and a couple Facebook messages. I cant post on the Facebook because commenting is blocked or something. They havent even logged into my account or done anything to the password. All I want is a reply;\

I sold a League of Legends account to these guys and so far the only response I have received from the guys are automated emails asking for my contact and payment information. After 12 hours they changed my password and they asked for the information such as ways of contact and payment. I sent them facebook messages and emails asking for a progress update and there are no responses. The live chat is more like dead chat, the live chat is always dead and never working. These guys are a scam do NOT sell anything to these guys. After posting on this website, I received a response from these guys but I can not even view it because its just sponsoring a facebook app which does not even work!
