If you sign up to get game currency and the seller does not deliver, this site will NOT respond to you and close your ticket out without even a reason. The sellers are scammers and G2G condones it and will do nothing about it. I believe they're in on this scam!

Had a great experience with "HellenWong". I would recommend this seller. Communication was great and on time.

G2g took my money. I tried request but they said you can't.
I sold my account and buyer had no idea how he can completed the buy.he said can you join my account and complet? And i did. After 14 days i tried took my money g2g took my money and said this you cant take your money because you completed the buying.
1.) Why did you wait 14 days for this
2.) You said find buyer and he must send mail to us ( i find him and he sent mail but g2g said It is useless that customer contact us to confirm receive it due to we consider you are related.) Haha is it joke:)
3.) I have screenshots for every detail and sent them but still they are not giving my money
If you use g2g think 5x i wont use g2g anymore they are not helping and they like money becareful
I can send all emails just use another platform and be safe

Buyers beware. I purchased a Minecraft account on G2G. The Minecraft account was claimed back through a Mojang dispute and G2G told me that they were okay with this and they're not going to step in and help. I have to now go through the hassle of a chargeback and will make sure never to buy off this pro-scammer platform.

Seller (Rikbal_G2G) is selling hacked accounts and seems to be getting away with it. Customer Support gives the same copy pasted message every time I submit a report on the person and the ticket gets closed instantly. I can't escalate it to the "G2G Team" because the seller "changes" the account details in the order which cancels out the escalation process.

Got banned for using this website. BUYER BEWARE! With some luck they only transferred part of the total amount to me, so far they are saying I will get a refund for the remaining amount that was not transferred.

The payment of the rust account I received on March 30 was canceled. They say that they refunded my payment even though I have been trying for 7 months and I have not really received the payment...

Seller lied about a 1 hour delivery time, disappeared for 12 hours and never responded so I canceled my order. The currency I bought requires you to be online in the game for delivery, obviously I can't wait around for 12 hours to get delivery from a bad seller.

Payment was made by credit card, refund went to store credit. If support doesn't help I'm going to have to chargeback because what I bought wasn't delivered and, as per G2G's refund policy, what I received was "Not as described".

Contacted support but they did not help and sided with the seller.

Definitely do not recommend using their services as they do not honor their buyer's protection where it was stated they would assist with scams.

I ordered in-game currency from this company and it was initially stated that this order would take an hour. 4 hours later and they tell me that if I cancel the order I'll get store credit. Store credit doesn't fix this issue in the least as I have no faith in their employees to do their jobs after this first interaction. I paid for a specific amount, at a specific rate, for a specific time. I don't intend to renegotiate with a seller that charges a higher rate, especially after their first seller was unresponsive. This is a poorly run company, assuming it's not just a site to scam people short on personal time. I would highly recommend that anyone considering this site instead find another route to meet their goals.

Me as an individual seller has a problem to sell when another dealer which have more stock of gold reduce their price. The problem is they are not really have that amount of gold. Its impossible for individual player to make Millions of gold like that, They just trying to make the price lower so they can buy the gold from us and resell it with higher price. This is un fair while we spend our time farming gold with a risk of beeing banned

I ordered twice from two different sellers. The first failed to deliver within the stipulated time, compelling me to cancel it and order from a different seller. The exact same thing happened with the second seller -- my credit card was charged, but the seller never delivered the goods; in fact, they simply never got back to me, as if I haven't purchased anything, except they already have my money.

Horrible, horrible place to buy in-game items.

Some sellers are scammers. If this happens G2G takes two days to refund you and its only with store credits - Refunds take 14 working days to comeplete. Not worth the risk

I sold an account via G2G, bound the account to the buyer's info and he confirmed delivery. A few days later he raised a G2G ticket saying items were deleted from the account. G2G customer service did not provide any proof or responded to my questions on the activities, they simply copy and pasted "The order is still in warranty, please fix the problem in 24 hours or we have to cancel and refund, thanks for your cooperation" and cancelled the order. In the end, I lost the account and the $, no proof was given to me, I doubt they even read my responses that I did not delete anything and only the buyer had access to the account.

So you can basically buy a game account, have it bound to you, then say something is wrong with it (or delete something yourself) and get full refund and still keep the account to scam the seller.
