Bought a 10$ item that I never received, canceled my order only to get store credit instead of a actual refund, and it wont let me buy anything with the store credit keeps saying contact g2g support and 24 hours later not a single reply from support

Holding my funds without any reason.
I have 293.22$ in my account, I have sold my hard-earned accounts but they hold the funds and say they do not release my funds. Cheap fraud practices.

Everytime you attempt to purchase something, either they wont give you backup email (will attempt to steal acc back) or they tell you to refund which you cant actually get ur money back it turns to store credit. Nothing legit about these clowns.

I have bought these two accounts from the seller 'dragonsong'. I have played on these accounts but since April 1st i can no longer login these accounts. Accounts are back in Indonesian clans (i live in the Netherlands). Former owner must still had access to both accounts and changed login email and supercell ID at the Clash of Clans staff. I have tried to reach to 'dragonsong' but he doesn't reply to any of my messages on G2G chat and whatsapp. I want my money back because this is a scam. G2G reaches out to me that they can't do anything for me because the insured period had exceeded. When buying an account you become the new and only owner. Now i have bought two accounts worth over 250 euro on G2G that I can't access anymore. That means i'm scammed on G2G by a seller. Therefore it's G2G responsibility aswell to contact this seller and let him compensate these orders. Pointing out to the seller (who doesn't respond) won't get me my money back. I know G2G is a sellers platform, but you won't get anything to sell anymore when buyers abort G2G. G2G doesn't take responsibility to contact the seller and let him solve this matter. As said before, they protect sellers, not buyers. Do not buy here.

G2G is a dangerous place to buy account, as my account has been stolen immediately after a month that I purchased the account. The account that I bought is a bronze ranked account, and I've ranked up to plat 1 within a month, and I've bought some RP. Then, it was stolen. And when I talk to the customer support, they said they could not help. With no offense, the website is suspicious that they might just took back customers' account, and they resell again for a higher price. Otherwise, how come they do nothing to protect customers' property?

Wanted to get a FRESH new smurf to be able to play with my friends, turns out the acc I got was stolen! How nice! Thankfully the victim seems to has got his account back, but it just goes to show how scummy these people are, I'm sure not every account is stolen, but that still is a huge problem imo, g2g clearly is okay with that and that's just not right. Also, I have to wait like 2 days to cancel my order, like what? L website, L scammers, L people. In the picture below you can see how the original email of the persons/victims account was changed to this new random Russian email.

I contacted the customer support for a refund and they never replied.
Spent 56 USD on an account and then took the money and no account

Don't not buy anything from g2g. I bought an account it's never arrived. Customer support on automatic bot.

I bought a valorant account that was suppose to have prime vandal and i got hivemind vandal? Its ugly af to.

So, I bought a League of Legends account from seller "CiulaStore", and when I logged in, the account did not match the listing description. I then contacted the seller and asked him to give me the right account. He said that he did not have one, and I asked him why he does this scam. He answered with "Because I can". I then reported that I hadnt received the account, and only after 48 hours was I able to escalate to G2G because the seller didnt want to cooperate. A couple hours after escalating, they sent me an email saying that the order was already completed and that their decision was final, but when I was escalating to G2G, the order was still not completed. Obviously, G2G is defending sellers, which makes them money, even if they are scamming. This site needs to be looked into and taken legal action as they're clearly a bunch of scammers.

Purcahse some Lost ark currency, seller listed 10 hours as the time to deliver, on the website they said they had over 10million in stock. Waited the 10 hours, no delivery. Ask where the delivery is? They say that the price of gold is fluctuating and that if i want my delivery i have to either cancel it or wait for the price to go back down. What?

So 3 days later with no delivery i was forced to cancel my order. I did not buy again why would I? Why i lodged a complaint with the website all they said was "you will have to cancel your order and buy from someone else" what? Where is the customer support? Basically a big screw you to customers no guarantee if what you actually buy will be delivered. If prices go up within the delivery time window, you won't get anything. What a useless service just save yourself some time and pay the higher price through the ingame store.

The seller YHSUPSTORE will ignore your order even though it states one hour. You then have no choice but to get refund which they will not give, they only give store credit for less than you have actually spent. Do not buy from here until they can properly manage their sellers and offer actual refunds.

G2G is a scammers dream. They sell you the account and then use supercell to "recover" the account a short time later and resell it over and over. G2G will do absolutely nothing to help It happened to me and a few others i know. DO NOT use that website. I wish i could give them a zero rating. Please save your money.
Kfurkaann Is a scammer don't buy from him, he recover the account from supercell 2 days before he sold it to me, its right in the account email.

Bought account and even provided proof of permaban. It was literally flagged for fraud in 30 minutes. G2g Tried to make it out like I am the one responsible for the fraud and refused any refund and instantly closed the case. It's obvious that this was because the CD key was acquired illegitimately and caused the fraud, as I have put 5$ in to enable to friends feature on other purchased steam accounts with legitimately acquired games. So in conclusion what is self-evident; essentially g2g magically assumed that my 5$ transaction (which was done before on other purchased steam acts with no issue) was the one that got the account flagged for fraud, rather than allowing the seller to have ANY responsibility or investigate them at all. I will never do business with g2g and I feel like I wasted my time from the moment I started.

I was gonna buy something and i put my credit card infomation and buy something that i wanted but right when i klicked buy it said "Det här kortet kan inte användas för betalningen. Försök med ett annat kort."
Which means this card cant be used for buying stuff but earlier it was working not only this is bad. I get that you have to put your credit card info and more but why the location like what. Absolutelty trash website dont buy from it.

I got scammed by the buyer, i got all the proofs but g2g says there is nothing they can do. And told me to fak off. I could upload video but its no available in here.
Now i tell you how you can scam other sellers, coz g2g dont give a $#*!.
1)You buy an account.
2) Use it for cheating
3)Got banned
4) Report seller that you didnt get account, and in report you need to say that account was working only few hours and you wanna your money back because you have 14 days protection.
5) You could do boosting with that account, get banned on him and still get your money back. THIS IS THE WAY G2G WORKS. SO COME ON AND DO SOME $#*!

I had a once again great customer service with this great website by the seller thanku. I work so much and have no time to spend time on grinding gold. Thanku was able to get me the gold within less the time that was expected. I will be returning. THANK YOU!

Read title, at first thought was scam but got a buyer with good feedback & bought, I had to cancel with one guy over time frame deliveing product & cancel order but they give refund but only in store credit so just buy of good feedback
