G2G just want your money! They don't check the sellers if they're legit or not and it's weird that you just have specific time to rate the sellers. I think all of them are bunch of hackers who steals other people account and sell it on G2G then after 2-3 weeks, they hack it back and sell it again.

I bought account (LoL) for 90e, 7 days later seller recovered it, and support said that it's not their problem that i wont get any money back. Stay away from this site.

This site make me sick.
1-Try to cash withdraw for a two month and I did not receive it yet.
2-cant buy anything by my balance account, You have to use ur bank card.
3- I bought with another card. Money has been withdrawn then got verification problem! My money was not returned for 3 week!
4- support will not support you he just can give you a new ticket! And when I am trying to contact them, give me a new ticket for my old ticket!

DO NOT USE THIS SITE!

I purchased WoW WOTLK Classic gold and my account was immediately suspended not too long after. Blizzard will delete all of your gold and they will delete any items you purchased with the gold. Find another site that will guarantee your protection from dirty gold. They offer a coverage called GamerProtect, however, it is absolutely useless. The name is also misleading. You will not be protected. You have been warned!

I ordered off their website, they took my credit card info. Then when I checked on the status it says no payment was made for this order. Yet on my credit card it shows a transaction

After I opened a ticket on the G2G website I got an automated reply in the form of an email. After about an hour I checked back to see if the status of my order was updated and they deleted my order.

We all understand that G2G is just a platform for seller and buyer. When seller not responsive from webchat in G2G supposed G2G have to tackle the issue with immediately with seller. But it seem dont, they ask us to contact with them directly but the issues the seller dont response. So i might be suspected the seller is also from G2G too? You guys should too immediately action to those seller not response in webchat and not delivery on time. At least give us the explanation if the delivery is delay. Not ask us to settle with seller ourself. You see at the shopee and lazada, how they do it. Please learn. Not ask keep ask the buyer in webchat but the issues is not response. How to settle? Even ask us to covert G2G credit and buy from other seller. G2G need to understand when we do survey, sure must get cheaper not get the expansive thing. Thats why make me thought that G2G maybe do some item let you get super cheap to tempted you top up the credit insdie G2G, afterward, make this $#*! happen out. So you cant get back the cash balance but they give you back the credit token for G2G, so you have no choice, then have to buy expansive in G2G so they earn more profit. If you dont want people to let you think this way, delisted all the seller with no responsibilities and no responsive within 1 day.

Sellers doesn't update the stock of gold avalaible, so when your order you canno't be delivery because the seller doesn't have what you purchase, and you're stuck because if you cancel your order, G2g only refund with credit store.
Disguised and organized scam

Sellers are scamming they use bots to farm accounts and then sell them. They get banned directly.
No help from support.

The person I bought from 'Riant' is very good and messages back in a very well-timed manner but my payments aren't going through which is a G2G problem and he has already been on my account leveling up guns for me and I STILL haven't paid him and I have tried with 2 different cards AND PayPal, and nothing has worked. It's been going on for almost a week now and I've tried purchasing at LEAST 20 times and it has said the same thing every time. So 1 star to G2G and 5 stars to my buyer.

I've bought a 200 USD account which turned up to be a scam.
I've had the order: *******-1 of an account from Gbmmd. The account was good no link to any platform. I've added all accounts linked to it even 2-step auth, but yesterday the account was taken back by the previous owner probably via support.
The response from G2G was that insurance policy is up and nothing can be done, the seller does not even respond he let me in seen even on his page he says 30 days warranty, what a scam I'm just disgusted. Just don't buy anything from them keep your money and use it wise for anything else.

EDIT: The seller provided me another account, Gbmmd rocks.

I bought an genshin impact account, and I found out that it was stolen. Luckily the seller did not use supercell to retrieve the account back as I had 2FA on the account. The seller was really suspicious and only gave me the account after I spammed the seller within 30 minutes. Low quality and lousy service too.

I tried to purchase a game account for $4. First, you have to create an account which requires telephone number verification. Second, after paying for the item, they required I send a picture of my ID and credit card. Their claim was that it is necessary for KYC to prevent money laundering (?) - which is absolutely not true.

It is fraud company... they have no quality of product and no customer care line to respond to request. They do not reply to mail and call on details shared on site and order. All of their no. S are not in use. Please do not buy anything from this site

Don't buy off this site! They sell accounts what have been taken off people, then will get you to buy them and then contact supercell and say the account has been hacked then they will get the account back! They will keep repeating this method, actually pretty clever as the time you're using the account you're levelling it up and making the account worth more money for when the retrieve it and must make crazy money from it but defiantly don't buy off this website.

I wanted to try buying some game currency from this website. It was pretty smooth till I finalised my transaction. After I paid I started waiting for verification (2-30 mins). After all that wait what I got was:

"As part of electronic Know Your Customer(eKYC) compliance, you are required to verify your identity with supporting documents through the link below. Your information will be kept strictly confidential.
VERIFY NOW
Please be informed that your order will be processed once the payment is settled on
2022-06-26. We thank you for your patience and support regarding this matter."

When you click on the VERIFY NOW button it just forwards you to setting page that shows your phone number WHICH IS ALREADY VERIFIED.

The date they gave me is a whopping 15 days. After that I tried to reach out with a Ticket and got a automated respose that said:

"A support representative will be reviewing your request and will send you a personal response within 48 hours."

At this point my money is in custody. 50 hours waiting and I don't even have a single response. At this point this is just a SCAM. I used other websites before. You get what you paid for. Even if there are some problems, they mostly have friendly Live Chat Supports. They respond to you in minutes and at the end worst case scenario you KNOW that you can't have what you paid for and get a refund.

In conclusion G2G is by far my worst Experience. In this last 2 days only thing that happened is basiclly nothing besides me losing my money.

I NEVER RECOMMEND THIS SITE. I'M SURE YOU CAN FIND A BETTER PLACE WITH BETTER SUPPORT.

Seller advertised 1hr delivery. It took 4 days for them to complete transaction. Next day account suspended.
Do not recommend, take your business elsewhere.

My order of 85 USD was made on 5th of May. I could not verify my card (because it has no name stamped on it), and their support (I think it was a bot replying, because they completely ignored any of my words) could help with it. So I cancelled the same day. They sent an e-mail with their 14 days promise. As of 3d of June I still did not receive my money. And they ignore all my tickets in the support about this issue. They just do not reply.

So obviously it is a scam site, don't use if you do not want to lose your money.

I found a couple more people who were scammed, we are preparing a collective lawsuit. If anyone around here wants to join - please let me know. Not big money, but should be a good experience.

One of the sellers I bought from issued a refund. I got my money back as store credit, annoying, but I can accept that. However, for some reason, I cannot use my store credit to make any purchase. So now my money is sitting in purgatory in their system as store credit that cannot be used. I can't use it and I can't get it back.

On top of that, the support is not responsive in any way. I issued a ticket and 4 weeks later it still has not been resolved and all I got were some copy and paste messages from the FAQ that did not help in any way. At least inform me what the issue is and that you're working on it.

Another customer who has store credit that cant withdraw it and will not respond to my ticket. Not sure what kind of business they are running here!
