I had tried to buy items and the payment got declined but the funds have been taken and even after giving you my payment reference number from my bank you still said no. I have pictures of the transaction and also my bank saying its been paid with a refernence
I bought an expensive order for a small game called Growtopia an order of about $150. They said my monthly limit of payment was exceeded AFTER they charged me, so they charged me and I never got to receive my order. So of course I canceled it and they make you wait 2 days for a refund? Their is no live customer support just random articles on problems that are usually logical to resolve. After I canceled it they COMPLETELY removed the order so now I can't even see when or how I'm getting my refund just says pending in my bank account. It's unsettling having such a bad customer support system. Before completely charging let the customer know their limit is almost exceeded. Something so small and so easy causes such an inconvenience.
Hi Rafa, we are sorry to hear about your experience. For your information, we haven't charged your card. The amount taken out from your bank is actually the pre-authorization which is part of the bank process to ensure that you have sufficient balance and your account is in good standing before they let the transaction go through. However, as you have exceeded the purchase limit of your G2G account, the transaction was cancelled and you will just have to wait for the bank to reinstate the pre-authorized amount to your available balance.
G2g is scam with shasso. Whole scam stole my account. Given buyer information account says sold out later converted into active offer. I chated with text supported later the chat my chat with buyer is deleted and offer deleted as well. My money gone account also gone. Buyer card is on hold dont know what that means. On offer on account no sold order chat deleted with only one person which i texted to buying account. $#*!ty website lost 780 usd
Awful support experience, would not offer any assistance, did not receive gold id ordered, seller refused to help and they didn't get involved. They are great when it works when it doesn't forget buyer insurance it's crap
I've been selling on this site for over 1 year so far. I give it 4 Stars since they dont really cover refunds in case someone retrives account bit over the Warranty so i see no point in Warranty at all. If people buy from you, your cash is held for 14 Days for no reason and 17 Days if customer is lazy to confirm the purchase. 14 Days becomes 17 cause of customers being rude. Make those 3 count in other 14 for fair treatment to your sellers too! TOS is preety good and simple never had issues as other say that payment gets held or something. All in all best reselling site out there and safe as it gets to resell your goods. As for purchases just check out your seller before you buy off of him since its Seller fault not G2G.
I bought NA immortal on g2g (ORDER *******) and resold it on g2g itself (*******) account has been banned and g2g refuses to refund me, but forces to refund this from my balance to the end user, why is g2g team being so biased against me? I still have my insurance but they do not want to listen at all, it is a shame that a forum that i once loved is the one im working on only because there are no alternatives right now.
My average sales on their platform is more than 12-13k$ a month and i also promised them more than 30k$ purchase orders but i have no idea why they are getting so biased against me, they are forcing me to run out of business.
UPDATE: - THEY HAVE CANCELLED MY IMMORTAL SALE ORDER, BUT THEY REFUSE TO CANCEL THE PURCHASE ORDER, why is the final customer protected and im not?
PS - i really love g2g, i love their top level management, i love the people who made this website and gave a way for earning to many people like me, only thing i hate is their "ticket team:" and the fact that they do not have anyone to supervise their ticket team. G2g was the first forum i started working on and it really kickstarted my business, i am where i am because of g2g and i really appreciate that and i hope g2g fixes all these problems.
I will start to say that before the surprising negative experience I had with Customer support, all I had to say was really positive, but after one of my last transfer I had as a seller, it completely changed the good opinion I had about G2G.
About a week ago I was about to collect the funds from a transfer that I did, when from a sudden I got an email from Customer support saying the transfer was canceled because somehow I knew the buyer/had a relationship with him/ i couldn't buy from myself... I was waking up when I read that, so I though to myself that maybe it wasn't for me or a mistake was made. After reading it again I could confirm what I read before, so I wrote back asking them to justify those accusations, because I´m 100% sure that a mistake was made. I don't know the buyer (or any at all), never spoke to him outside the g2g chat (for the transfer), and how stupid would be to buy from myself and lose money to lose g2g... well, in my mind I cant even understand that logic! So, hopping that I would get some reasoning feedback to try to understand and review the facts, all I got was: your funds will be blocked for 6 months, this is the final decision. Basically you get to "go to jail" without "committing any crime" or doing anything wrong. I´ve tried to call them to reason, but looked like a dictator way of doing justice.
Have sorted it all out now so thumbs up instead, still don't know why things went pear shaped but its all ok now
I'm a seller on other sites and decided to try G2G as a selling platform, i have sold my first order back in April 2021, everything is looking good and going smoothly
June comes by and someone bought one of the gaming accounts i sell, we exchange account information and everything so he has access to what he bought, Buyer did not confirm delivery but i did confirm he has logged in successfully to the account he bought, So i wait 3 days for the automatic delivery and then wait 14 days for their mandatory insurance policy they have for accounts no big deal
Day comes by that the money is released and can be withdrawn, all great, few hours go by and i get a message by G2G Support by this so called ''Tracy Chen'' who has not been helpful at all and everything she can say is copy pasted over and over.
She says that i'm somehow related to the buyer and that the withdrawn payment has been canceled and they will hold it for 6 months, or that i can cancel the order so the buyer gets his money back, buyer is already happily playing the account he bought and you are telling me to give him his money back cause your system wrongly ''detected'' relation to someone i dont even know?
I want to believe this is an error on their part and their so called fail proof ''system'' and that they are not just trying to hold my money for 6 months hoping that i will forget about it, its starting to sound like a scam to me.
So if you are a seller and try out this site, beware of their shady practices
If this gets resolved or they reply something useful i will change this review but this has changed the good image i had about this site with this experience
I already find it unfair as a customer to get store credit instead of an actual refund already. But to wait
For 24 hours for a store credit to happen is totally unacceptable. When your seller doesn't deliver on time

Bought some items which I was able to enjoy for a week. After a week the seller refunded all the items he had gifted me and my a account was back the way it was before. I tried contacting g2g several times and never did I get a real response. All they did was send automated messages and declaring my issue as resolved despite not doing anything
I bought a LoL account around about 2 months ago, I played on it for about 20 days until all the details were changed and I couldn't access the account again. I then messaged the seller who saw the messages but didn't reply. A month later I sent him a few more messages but this time he didn't even see them and I got 0 reply. I tried contacting support but they said they couldn't help. Basically I lost the account and money. And if support replied and says ‘'you will have to try contact to seller on regards of getting a refund'' what do you think I've tried doing? He just went offline and hasn't been online for over a month now. Terrible service and terrible website.
My order was never delivered but money is withdrawn from account. I have tried to contact G2G but No response. My order was placed in April 2021. They don't follow any of their promises on website with response within 7 days. I recommend people to stay away from G2G! Do not risk your money!
Bought a LoL account which was recovered right after a day, the account had free insurance but the seller doesn't care and the support is silent and is not replying. Pretty bad experience, don't recommend.

Hello, please before even trying to purchase anything from this company don't do it. They are thieves. They take your money. Ask you questions about your personal identity. Be careful with this wed site.

The website G2G is ******* percent a large crime mob org ran by individuals who sout out and work together in a process of scamming you, all from the sellers to the people recovering the accounts, knowing you cant do a damn thing about it, if you buy from this site you are absolutely giving your money to some scuummy scammmer/hackers who want nothing but your information to sell on the dark web and some quick cash from your pockets when they recover your account back and you realize you cant get it back bc you aren't the orig owner or not give you a product because who are you gonna report them too? Lol they don't give a damn about you are whether you are breathing in 5 secs after you send them your money trust me, and the sellers work together to scam people. Waste of time, and they are laughing at you over their computer screens thinking what dumb people we must be to buy from them and expect an actual product. GG Trash site unless you like donating to a scamming charity?

So the saler send me the info of the account and not even a month past when I see I wasn't able to log in to the account. That's what they do they sale the account wait for a few weeks than take it back while you have to go through the legal system yo get your money back meanwhile they repost the account praying on new people. I my self got scammed out of a genshin impact account after playing it for over a month also if you didnt know the original email which the account was created can by pass the new emails on that game just by submitting a support ticket on genshin impact website. I send g2g a copy of my purchase, game account info over 5 days ago and have yet to get a response. I learned my lesson to not buy accounts because of this scammers

So, I bought a game account from a seller whom later reset the account, about 30 days later. This seller then admits in the chat that it's been reset but swears it wasn't him, he also admits that he resold the account and wasn't the original owner. This chat is available for G2G to see. The money is still held in escrow and thus has not been released to the seller. G2G spent 3 weeks to tell me they can't do anything. Essentially, they're making a profit by keeping the money. They wont even be out of pocket by releasing the funds back to me. This is the company you are dealing with, they're making a profit from sellers scamming on their website.
Even if the funds were not still in escrow, G2G has enough evidence in their chat to win a PayPal dispute against the seller. Terrible experience.
Had one purchase that was charged 3 times for. Get little to no communication from g2g. Ended up for a $61.95 Custom order which was basically 2 dinos and some gates for Ark cost me over $180. Absolutely no help from customer support. Says refunded on one ticket but no store credit and my debit card still charged the $61.95 x2.

The "sellers" are liars. They offer ONE HOUR DELIVERY FACE TO FACE but then you talk to them and that's NOT true at all.
First they will say it's NOT and hour
Then they tell you MAIL only. I didn't want mail I wanted FTF and you said you offer it BUT DONT.
Next they give you NO TIME when your order is ready, they just say "when it's ready" I thought you had all this product? Why does it take so long? If you advertise one hour that means ONE HOUR. When I pick my delivery method I expect it to be honored not ignored. I NEVER RECEIVED MY ORDER!
The seller I chose was rated 98,% too! I shudder to think how awful the even lower ranked ones must be? This company is garbage. And I'm going to make sure nobody I know ever uses them.

If the account is banned or fake, you may contact support and provide the proof which can pinpoint that it is caused by the seller.

Don't answer mails, seller doesn't say shit and when he does he just does it so that you don't think it's a scam, he then doesn't say anything for another 3 weeks. Placed an order so much time ago and still didn't get anything and it was more than 150euros. You can't get refunded cuz you get only store credits they don't get you the money back even if you don't receive the order. So practically. You pay and if the seller doesn't deliever they say. F*** you. This is not fair! These scums should pay the highest price. Jail for doing these kinds of stuff.


The statement from your bank shows that the transaction is still pending as pre-authorization charge. However our record shows that the transaction has been cancelled in PayPal.
