I bought an account and cancelled the order and requested a refund for my money back the seller had his account and G2G still has my money. I contact customer support and was notified within 2 days my money will be sent out and processed it has almost been a week and customer suuport are all full of bots not real people who support you and can take care of issues. This company is terrible find another site to purchase accounts because G2G won't support you if anything goes wrong. They tell you that there's guarantees but as far as i'm concerned, you're on your own. Think twice.
I purchased a Genshin account on this platform after being assured that should any issue arise they would help me or refund directly. What actually happened was that they ghosted me for 2 weeks in hopes I messed up and scam me out of the 566,27€ I paid for the account.
After filing a chargeback on the 26th of January with my financial institution, they reluctantly agreed to refund me on the 27th. However, out of the amount of money I paid they're refunding 525,00€ due to made up reasons that haven't been shared to me or stated anywhere.
Any potential user on this platform should be aware that this company only cares about profits and they will make you lose any amount of money as long as they can keep a commission. Users should read their terms of service before carrying out any transaction because they will use it in their favour to strip those unaware to the best of their possibilities.

- 15/02/2021 Update after G2G's reply: false, you charged fees twice. I paid 566,27€ = 541,65 + 24,62 "fees" yet I was refunded 525,00€. Stop lying.

By default all refunds are made as store credit only and your bank or PayPal will not be refunded unless there was a problem with payment verification, they don't care about cash refunds.

I have been using the g2g website for over a year now, the service is excellent, thanks to the g2g team for a good job!
I bought a few time here but most of it for toram with no issue. But this year when i tried buying for different game some issue happen, first is unresponsive seller, second the seller didnt send the promise. I go to help centre and make a report. Later on i got store credit, i tried to refund but cant since there is no refund button so i keep the money first. Later i see the seller i tried to bought before was remove and new seller come in, since i got store credit so i just use the store credit and it work just fine, the trade was done less than 1 hours. From my personal experience dont buy account since the seller might sold a stolen account but for in game item i dont think there is much scammer at g2g but maybe there a lot of it and i just didnt found them yet. Any way in i been using this alot with with not much problem or hassle but this year got some problem thats it.

I've been like waiting for almost 10 hrs. The seller isn't responding at all. I have 2 purchases still pending. But the seller is always online.

Let's say you sell an item worth 600 euros, they will take 10% first for posting the add for you, and also when you try to take your money another 2-5%+5euros. In the end you get around 520euros. Seems a lot. Other than that everything went smooth.

Do not use G2G. I've been seller there for almost a year with over 1000 orders and satisfied customers. They suspended my account out of the blue because game accounts I was selling apparently are not allowed on their market, even though it was never specified in their ToS or seller guidelines. After few hours battle with support their just started ignoring me right after I asked for ability of withdrawning my balance. They stole over $500 of my balance on g2g and did not hear from them since then at all.
#Edit. G2G team contacted to me about my issue and explained everything (although I still think I've been suspended unfairly, I do understand their decision. Overall site is good but you need to read their ToS carefully - keep in mind that they can suspend your seller's account if they do not like product you are selling (even if not specified in sellers guidelines).

I never been Meet the situation like this! Buying gold and been 2 days still can't mailed it! Bull$#*! on it! Everyday i ask, seller keep say will asking and asking, cancel order can't refund to my bank. Just can store on their website!

The seller recovered the account and changed the email so I couldnt get the account back that I paid a good bit for. Contacted seller and he eventually said he would agree to a refund but I would have to contact g2g. I Contacted g2g almost a week ago about it and gave them proof of the seller agreeing along with enough evidence that he recovered the account and got 3 of the exact same message by different people who all said it would have to be forwarded to a different team and it would take up to 72 hours from that time. I have bought from another website and had a similar issue and got a result within 15 minutes. All I was asking them for was a store credit so I could get another account and they are taking way too long for this simple solution.

Save yourself the trouble of using this website. If the seller wants to scam you, the seller will scam you and G2G.com will do nothing but offer you in store credit.
BUT WAIT THERES MORE!
When you do get your store credit, it must reach 50,000 in store credits before you can use it! Lets put it this way, I cancelled an order for around $8.00 and I got 6856 "G2G tokens". But its just sitting there, can't use it or do anything with it, until you cancel more orders and get scammed more. Basically the more u get scammed the more G2G tokens you get rewarded. Also, trying to talk with the website people is useless. Don't even try. I talked with them for a week and literally the only thing they say is this

I got that response 4 times in 7 days. I went back and forth with them for an update and they keep saying the same thing. They will contact the seller. If you don't e-mail them, you'll never hear from them again. Oh, and don't let them fool you with the "they have escalated it". It's total BS and its just to make you feel like its now important, but in reality they aren't going to do anything different.
Listen, they are based in Singapore. So if you think your getting your money back, you're not, they WILL NOT REFUND YOU.
So, all in all. If you get a decent transaction, then great the seller was good and the seller was a real seller, not a scammer.
BUT! If the seller is a scammer, G2G WILL DO NOTHING ABOUT IT. So, take my warning as you will. In my opinion, if your lucky you'll get a legit seller.
Lastly, A LOT of the reviews on these review websites, especially https://www.trustpilot.com/review/www.g2g.com
Is FAKE. Don't believe the 5 star reviews, some of them are so obvious they are fake.
Read the ones that are 1 star and recent. These are the people that are mad and have reason to be since they also got scammed just like me. Don't let yourself get scammed too!

This is a scam website. Paid for in-game gold and they told me some instructions, nothing has happened. If you cancel order you only get currency in their store. It's a scam.

Account seller recovered the account. Contacted support and they asked for screenshots as proof, I then provided over 10 screenshots. They mulled it over for about 2 weeks and then sent me a message saying
"We would like to apologize for the difficulties you have encountered for this order of yours.
Regretfully, we are unable to probe further even though we have attempted to do so on best-efforts basis, as your order has already exceeded the insured period and is no longer under coverage."
Gee I wonder why my order exceeded the insured period considering it took you 14 days to respond?
In short, it's a scam website run by Indonesian rip-offs. They will take your money, they will waste your time, and there is no legal recourse.
Avoid at all costs.

However, you only raised the matter on 28th Dec, 2019, which has exceeded the 7-day insurance period which you have agreed upon with the seller when placing order. As such, the order is no longer under coverage, but you may still seek recourse directly with the seller for issue resolution related to your game account. Thank you.
Seller will not get a full 100% protection. For other seller, please no matter what, dont give your customer full access to the account. Try to save a way secretly so whenever the customer decide to file a chargeback claim with you, you can still have a way to get into the account or else they will win the case easily unlike paypal.

Refuse to release funds
I paid for Powerleveling service for which the seller claimed was the wrong one and asked me to cancel and reorder a different one. He then said he didnt offer that service any more. So my $40.29 CAD that i sent via SKRILL is sitting with G2G as "Store Credit" and they refuse to refund the money. Keep in mind that i was told to cancel the order.
I would not nor plan on using this website for further transactions so they will always have my money.
They instantly close the tickets requesting a refund. So now they are sitting on my money collecting interest in an account.

I sold an account on December 3 and i should've received my money on December 10. It's been 5 days and i still didn't receive the payment, i keep getting automated responses.
I had plans to sell a lot of stuff on G2G but when i don't receive the payments while the customers are happily using my accounts, i don't know what to say.

If the account is banned or fake, you may contact support and provide the proof which can pinpoint that it is caused by the seller.

Don't answer mails, seller doesn't say shit and when he does he just does it so that you don't think it's a scam, he then doesn't say anything for another 3 weeks. Placed an order so much time ago and still didn't get anything and it was more than 150euros. You can't get refunded cuz you get only store credits they don't get you the money back even if you don't receive the order. So practically. You pay and if the seller doesn't deliever they say.
