I won't give them even a star. I placed an order for a TV Console because the price looked good and was showing available on stock on FunitureDazzle.com website. It advertised for fast and free shipment that's why I placed an order. My credit card got charged but there was no notification of the shipment. I anxiously waited for no updates. I tried to write to call their customer service but no-one picks up. No email replies. Finally, I got an email saying my order has been canceled because they don't have a stock for it. WHT? I've waited for more than a week to get that item.

Suggession to seller: if you don't have item, don't bragg on website saying on Stock and Fast and Free shipment. And Plz answer calls from your Customer. Customer Service sucks!

I first ordered 2 leather chairs with furniture dazzle because they were the cheapest for the chairs I was looking for. My initial transaction was a bit frustrating since I ordered the chairs and nothing happened for 2 weeks. I tried to call and left messages but nothing happened until the day I emailed them and a gentleman started to own the issue and helped me out tremendously. They made it right and after a few weeks I gotmy beautiful chairs. The company is legitimate and although they may take longer than other companies to ship their products the purchase was worth it.

I bought a bar stool chair online from these guys because I liked a particular chair that showed to be out of stock through other vendors. Their website claimed that it is in stock and it was a competitive price, so I thought let's give it a try. After receiving an initial confirmation email, I waited for seven days to hear back, and they informed me that the chair is not in stock, so I'd need to wait extra ten days. Long story short, I ended up having to buy a second chair as they learned that they can't ship me only one. I got a generous discount for the second chair, but all together, it took 6 weeks to receive the shipment.
The chairs are beautiful, but their customer service is something that I never want to experience again. I will not shop with them again.

I purchased a sofa that was very modern and really fabulous from FurnitureDazzle. I had seen this sofa on another site for a lot more money, and being on a budget, but still liking nice things, I went researching for a better price. This price was so good, my search stopped. I love this piece! The actual purchase was really easy. It was packaged well, and received quickly. The delivery company was especially polite and courteous and extremely cautious unloading the product. I plan to use them again for other furniture purchases. I have book marked this site.

I agree with the Kristina S. On the review. I ordered some bar-stools a week ago but never have been updated about the status of my order. As a result, called their customer service toll free number but no actual person took the call and I had to leave a message. They haven't got back to me yet since I called so they left me with frustrations. I also thought the website is a scam until when I read Kristina's review.
I will never order again from the FurnitureDazzle in the future. I hope I receive my order regardless of the delay!

I purchased a outdoor sectional sofa. The delivery was as promised and on time. I was very happy with the quality of the purchase we got. The description and size were correct. The customer service representative was very professional and very helpful throughout the buying process and shipping was fast. All of my questions were answered in timely manner. Overall, I give FurnitureDazzle.com an A+/Outstanding rating! This was my second purchase with them. I will purchase again in the future and have recommended to my friends.

This is not my first purchase from Furnituredazzle.com probably will not be my last. They are consistently a pleasure to do business with. Their products are superior quality, the shipping is fast, and their prices competetive. My first purchase was seen elsewhere in a high end catalog and was fully half the cost from Furnituredazzle.com, saving me over $200 for exactly the same brand. I fully recommend them as a reputable company and will continue to shop with them
