Easy Ordering Process Kitchen cart - The ordering process was easy, the delivery time within reason for distance and weight to ship. Well packed so there were no damages to the item. Assembly - I'm lucky to have a husband who knows how to do this! It took 3 hours (while watching TV) and some time making adjustments. Great quality! Very good looking.
Thanks Guys! I was surprised how fast delivery was! Yes... putting it together is never really fun but the directions were clear and easy to understand. The hardest part was removing the old headboard! Honestly, it's a good piece for the price and am sure we will get years of use. I recommend buying.

Great Shopping ExperienceI had a great experience using FurnitureDazzle. When placing my order, I forgot to enter a coupon code that would have provided me a discount on my purchase. I used Furniture dazzle's online chat service a day or two after placing my order, and the company representative was able to apply the discount at that time, which I really appreciated. The rug I purchased arrived quickly and in perfect condition. I'm very happy with my FurnitureDazzle experience so far, and will use them again.

Shipped on Time. The wicker room dividers we received were exactly what we needed. They were in excellent condition and looked beautiful. I was amazed that they arrived in two days. I hope our firehouse will be able to use them for years to come for all of its special events.

Ordered two office chairs weeks ago, received a confirmation email. No shipping info. Two weeks later after numerous calls and emails, received an email saying chairs would be delivered within a week but no tracking info attached. Two weeks later still waiting to hear back from anyone working at the company. STAY AWAY. This site is a scam.
I was browsing sun beds for my garden and came across a product on their site. Based on what else I had been browsing $200 per sun bed seemed reasonable, so I ordered two.
The picture was a wooden sun bed with a white cushion on it and the description was Royal Teak Collection Sun bed, Cushion - White - (Sunbrella Fabric)
I truly read that as it was a teak collection sun bed with a white cushion. However, as the order finally got shipped weeks after ordering - delayed, only the cushions arrived. I had already written them several times, referring to sun beds not having arrived (not cushions) and received an apology for them not having shipped yet.
When I finally received the cushions only, I wrote and asked, and got a snarky email response that I only ordered cushions. I explained that the description was totally misleading, and that I would like to return the cushions.
I then received an email that Jason - the customer rep would investigate and get back to me early next week (wrote on a friday). It's now been ten days, and I've been trying to reach out with no luck, and am stuck with two cushions with no sun beds for $400! Ridiculous and $#*!ty service! I'm never shopping here again!
I love the furniture and great prices and nice people there. Would do it again. Thanks guys for everything! I highly recommend this company.
