I placed an order for an item that was indicated as available, but after a week the order status is still: "Being Processed". I tried to contact the customer service by phone *******077) and by mail (*******@FurnitureDazzle.com) several times, but no one pick up the phone and of course no answers to the message left on the voicemail or sent by e-mail.
If you don't trust me, try to call the customer service before placing an order.
Stay away from this website, it is a scam!

I placed my order, received and email and nothing else occurred. I contacted them via telephone and email. Von one ever answers the telephone number listed above. Finally I received a response and I requested the tracking information. To date I have received no tracking info nor a response.
I have contacted my bank as this appears to be deception on many levels.
Please stay away from this company.
I just got my furniture today and I couldn't be more thrilled. The delivery people were very nice and worked on a convenient time for me. Can't wait to buy more from www.furnituredazzle.com, a fantastic company!
Great experience from ordering through delivery and assembly! They kept us updated every step of the way, the furniture is beautiful and the price was the best I could find on the Internet.
It take your money and give you a fake confirmation number all I have to say this place sucks Do NOT order from this PLACE.

Great company to do business with. The desk I ordered was exactly as promoted on the website. It came within days of placing my order. Further, I mistakenly ordered the desk twice and had no problem returning it. Customer Service was TERRIFIC!
We placed our first online furniture order through Furniture Dazzle. We've always purchased furniture through a store where we could see the product in person. My daughter really loved a bed we saw on Furniture Dazzle's website so I gave it a try. DHD had great customer service. They answered all my product questions quickly. The shipping was fast and the trucking company was fantastic to deal with. The entire process was completely painless. We were thrilled with the both the product and the service!
I purchased two 50 inch white TV consoles. I am extremely happy with the communication, as I emailed questions over the weekend and received fast responses. I was very impressed with the packaging when the boxes arrived within a week of ordering. There was not one missing part or damaged item. I assembled both pieces over the weekend very easily. This is quality furniture. I will definitely be ordering again and will be recommending this company.
My overall experience was very good but my order is on back order so I have not received the product yet. I was informed about the back order and asked if i wished to change or cancel my order. They have been up front and prompt answering my questions.

The delivery was on time. The contents were very well wrapped so everything arrived in great condition. The kitchen island was assembled in about two hours. Lots of parts - but the finished product was worth the effort. We are very satisfied.
Good prices and very fast (and free) shipping are really all I can say. I had no issues with the order and didn't need to deal with Customer Service. Everything went smoothly and I am very satisfied.

I'm confident now that I have been scammed! After reading the other reviews it looks like there is a pattern here. This is a pretend site that is designed to act and look like they sell furniture, but after they take your credit card info and send you a fake confirmation, the furniture never arrives nor can you get a real person when you email or call about the missing order.
DO NOT place an order with this fake company! I'm filing a complaint with PayPal, the BBB and the fraud department of my credit card company.
My experience with Furniture Dazzle was Wonderful from start to finish! They delivered my stuff within three business days after I made a purchase on the internet, just as they said on their website. They have earned my favor and trust. I have now ordered more stuff from them. I am extremely pleased. I will recommend them to anyone with enthusiasm! I wish every company was this efficient!
I was looking at a particular TV stand which was widely available on the Internet, and Furniture Dazzle had the best price. Although price was a factor, I also went with this merchant because of the positive reviews. When I ran into a problem with the product, they took care of the issue. The communication and service were excellent. I would highly recommend this merchant and would not hesitate to use them again.
Horrible, horrible, HORRIBLE business. If you can even call this a business? No one answers their phone. No one replies to email. Product never ships. But don't worry, your credit card will get charged! Do not order from here!

I ordered 4 bar stools that were in stock 12/1/14 after no shipping details I tried calling them, don't even waste you're time trying to call or leaving a message. After calling for over a week several times a day a multiple messages I went to emailing them. They do respond to that but at very weird times typically between 2-4 in the am. What the heck is that? They told me that something that was in stock when I ordered no longer was and that it would be a 8 week wait!? Ok so I'm not going to have the barstools for the holidays when I need them but because if the price I was getting I decided to wait. Now almost 8 film weeks later they tell me they no longer have my credit card info just resubmit the order and they will get shippe wright away. I was happy to forward them all the order info from the first since I kept the emails but they insisted that they needed more credit card info. I emailed them within a min of there last reply telling them to call me wright away for all credit card info and to straighten the matter out and I have yet to hear from them almost a week later. STAY AWAY and I can't say it enough this company is a scam and has no furniture to ship. All positive reviews are bs, if you want to find out you self try to place an order in the phone. They don't answer there order number either! Stay away
Seems I'm having the same bad experience with my order. Ordered nightstands on Dec 31st, received an order confirmation, but no shipping details. I followed up with them via online since they never answer the phone and received an email a week later saying they didn't have the product & will order more but again no shipping information. I emailed them back to cancel my order since I was purchasing them somewhere else. No response. I called them everyday, no one picks up the phone. So much to my surprise 13 days later, they charged my card and guess what - no product shipped! I can't get any response to my email or voice mails. No shipping information was emailed. This is a scam. I called my credit card company to dispute the charge. N E V E R again.
