I won't order from ftd again! It was a birthday gift of a box and plants inside. It came upside down and the plants were half dead! What an embarrassing situation.

A little small

Never get what you pay for

I had ordered a 10 piece of sunflowers for my granddaughters birthday and it only had 8 sunflowers in it. Very disappointing and will not recommend.

Flowers left to wilt

The flowers were left at the front door without notifying the recipient. The recipient said they don't often use their front door and didn't see the flowers until days later.

Somewhat dissatisfied

While the plants are lovely and healthy, the planter containing the Cala lilies were all sent in separately. That was not what was described nor what we chose. Yes, disappointing.

My experiences with FTD have been perfect. Typically the law of averages would say that I would have at least one negative experience out of the dozens of times I've ordered from FTD. Flower delivery

My real estate clients sent me flowers and they arrived crushed and wilting. The box they cam in was hot. I feel bad they spent their money on this. I don't dare tell them!
This is how they looked after I removed almost all of the burnt/wilting petals from the roses.
Flowers are expensive and should be delivered fresh and not droopy.

Never again!

On May 1, I ordered a flower arrangement to be delivered on the Saturday before Mother's day. This morning, FTD notified me by e-mail that the delivery would be made MONDAY the 12th. When I inquired why the flowers were in a UPS facility in Kentucky, hundreds of miles from where they were to be delivered, the customer service agent could not answer. Instead of having flowers delivered by the neighborhood florist nearest my mother, FTD arranged to have them shipped from far away. I was able to cancel the order and the refund is pending on my credit card. But now I have to explain to mom why she's not getting anything on Mother's Day. NEVER AGAIN!

I ordered flowers 5/6/25 to be delivered 5/8/25 nothing special or outrageous. They called me later 5/6/25 and 5/7/25 and left a message to call customer support so i did only to tell me I didnt sign the greeting card customer support was very courtious. But this morning 5/8/25 i wake up and check my email and i get an email telling me they are refunding my money because they cant find a florist. If they cant find a florist why didnt customer service tell me that on 5/7/25 when i talked to them. I will probably never use them again.

Very Disappointed

Order what looked like a large, beautiful bouquet of flowers. These were the smallest roses I'd ever seen, about the size of golf balls. None of the other flowers in the bouquet had even bloomed. Not in the same vase advertised. I was quite embarrassed when my wife received them on Valentines Day.

FTD makes NO sense

I ordered flowers for an important birthday. They canceled the order without trying to call me. The payment cleared my bank. They refunded. I find this out on the eve of the birthday. Too late to get the order reinstated and I don't even want to. The employees speak such horridly accented English I can't even understand them, then they talk so fast and won't slow down. I have no idea why the order was cancelled. The email did not say what the problem was. I was so furious because I really wanted the item I ordered. So they ruined a benchmark birthday. I won't call them again and I will repost this story on every review site I can find.

Find someone else to trust with your flower deliveries! Delivered Late, delivered something other than what was ordered. Sent email 30hours after delivery was made to say they "could not deliver what was ordered, pick something else"!

If I could give a negative review I would - I ordered a floral arrange for funeral for an employees parent 3 days before the event. I did not find out until 2 weeks after that the arrangement was cancelled and never delivered. I contacted FTD and got "I am so sorry" but we did try to contact you via email after the event to let you know). I did not receive any email notifications from FTD that they were cancelling this order and when asked why they did not call they simply stated that they sent an email. They then tried to tell me that they could not find a florist to do this because it was to close to Christmas. Then she tried to tell be that the closet florist was over 100 miles away (in a large city). Now our company looks terrible for not acknowledging a long time valued employees loss and all I got for it was "I'm sorry". DO NOT DO BUSINESS with this oversized and overpriced company that will not follow through on what you need.
