I needed a quick gift. The site was easy to use. The options were perfect. Ordering was quick and simple.
Delivery driver called to verify delivery. What else can you ask for?

The website was easy to navigate, the flowers were delivered when requested, and the bouquet (we heard) was beautiful. "Ray of sunshine in the cold winter office".

This was listed as a next day delivery. Well it never showed up. When I contacted customer service, instead of saying "Let me look into that" it was "I get the delivery confirmation and get back to you" 4-5 hours later …. No flowers and no contact from ftd. I contact again, I still get we are work on locating the delivery confirmation. 2 hours later, the flowers show up. Both the florist and customer service left a lot to be desired.

You go to the FTD site pick flowers, Pick a date and then think it's all ready to happen. Flowers were not delivered when planned. You call and "oh, so sorry. We will get those out immediately" And nothing. Then you call and "oh, so sorry. We will get those out immediately" Why do I pick an arrangement if the florist is going to substitute what ever they want?

The flowers were beautiful as promised. Unfortunately, I omitted the name of one of our family members to put on the card. I sent an email to the email address provided the day before delivery. I received an email back stating my request would be taken care of. However, it wasn't. I felt badly for the family member left off the card and had to explain to the recipient that they were in fact part of the group sending the flowers.

I didn't order a plant & windchime- to be delivered by ups - my family had to assemble it themselves- while grieving- very embarrassed -I won't use you again

I used the website to find and order a bouquet for my wife's birthday. It was better than expected. My only complaint might be that it be delivered earlier in the day. It was delivered around 5pm.

Hy should I waste my time again

Flower arrangement I ordered was supposed to be all white and had green roses, glitter and gold leaves and some of the flowers were already dieing.
We will be trying 1-800- Flowers.

Shopping with FTD was good but I went off of the picture of the plant and not the description. Picture was misleading. Picture showed a nice box with plants. What we actually received was a Do It Yourself Kit. Four individual plants and a planter box. I had bought this as a housewarming gift and was embarrassed when I saw what arrived. Also one of the plants was not in the greatest shape. FTD were kind enough to give me back 20% of the cost but I had to buy another housewarming gift!

I selected the Parisian Stroll arrangement mainly because of the vase with the gold band around the bottom because this was for my brother's 50th wedding anniversary. Before I completed the order I contacted Customer Service because I had concerns that the local florist may not have that vase. They assured me that all the local florists they use have the vases that are in the pictures online. Local florist did a beautiful job it looked just like the picture!

I sent an anniversary plant to my sister and her husband. The delivery was on time and the plant is beautiful.

I do not like a lot of process to order and I know what I want to order so FTD showed me and made it easy to order.

In the past, the flowers were always fresh and long lasting. This time, however, the flowers only lasted a few days. When paying these prices, you would expect the flowers to last longer, as they have in the past.

The process to order and selection was positive with many choices; however, the product delivered to the person was nice but not as attracted as the photos on the site.

What my grandmother received for her 80th birthday looked nothing like the picture I ordered from. The flowers were scraggley, less flowers than pictured, most were not blooming and some were broken. It was a poor excuse for a deluxe bouquet. My 80 year old grandmother deserves better than that.

I ordered flowers on line for my daughter and when they came they were more beautiful than the picture was.

I attempted to cancel my order about an hour after ordering and was told it was too late because it had already shipped. Didn't receive shipping notification until the following day. Flowers were never delivered but I was charged anyway

The flowers were delivered on time; the selection available was good, and the flowers lasted quite a while.
