BUYER BEWARE

Placed 2 orders on Saturday for Mothers Day for (My elderly Mom & Mother in Law). Paid the surged delivery charges. My credit card was debited. Still waiting on the delivery of the mothers day flowers. Tried calling several times to complain & the automated system puts me on hold then hangs up. Filed the complaint through the email they provided & have not heard anything yet. Reporting them to the BBB & going to pursue further actions. This company is a joke. BEWARE!

Florist.com is unable to deliver flowers that look anything like the photo's online. They count on the fact that the person getting the flowers will not offend he sender by mentioning how bad the flowers look. The candy was nothing near what the photo showed! When i complained, they were to send out new flowers and didn't. They have been pulling this stunt for years! They are a total rip off and just get away with it. Never use this company. You can Google a local flower shop in the area where you are sending the flowers and they will send them for you.

Ordered a fruit boquet for Mother's Day and it was suppose to be delivered Friday. I made sure someone would be home all day- they were never delivered. I called Saturday and they told me they attempted to deliver Friday at noon but nobody was home. Well that's a lie! I asked if they would be delivered Saturday. She told me they should be. It's now 8:00 and they once again were never delivered. This company is a scam! Do not order from them!

Don't Do It!

I ordered flowers that were to be delivered on May 5th. It's May 7th and they have yet to be delivered. You can't talk with anyone about your order, you are only able to create a "ticket" via email which is the poorest form of customer service. No one has replied to my ticket of course and Morher's Day is tomorrow. My intent was to have them delivered early (during the week) to her job. Well, so much for intentions. To say I am livid is an understatement. I would not suggest ANYONE order ANYTHING from this ripoff company or any other companies where you can't speak directly to someone about the status of your order. I wanted to rate them a 0! P.S. There is no need for the General Manager to reply with that generic, "We are sorry we didn't meet your expectations" message.

Ordered flowers on a Tuesday to be delivered on Thursday. Now it's Saturday and still nothing. Tried to call, couldn't stay on hold apparently as long as required bc ya know, I have to work at some point. I went to my account to "open a ticket" about my order. To which they said please allow us 24 hours to reply. 24 hours later I check the status of that ticket only to find that the issue was "resolved" 15 minutes after I submitted my issue. Obviously it's not resolved, I'm just down $65 and my flowers weren't delivered. This site is a joke. I'm normally pretty good a reading website reviews. I didn't this time before using them. Learned my lesson unfortunately. It's a shame because I just wanted to make someone smile.

My order was not delivered. When I called their customer service, I was connected with a woman who could not understand or comprehend English. After getting frustrated, I asked to speak to someone who spoke better English or to her Supervisor. She refused. Her use of and understanding of even basic English was horrible. I then had to resort to complaining in an email with the hope that someone who can read and comprehend English will read it and be able to access the situation. I have asked for an immediate and full refund of my money. Waiting to see if it gets handled properly, or I will contact my credit card company with a complaint and also to the FTC.

I placed an order with Florist.com and will never again. First off the person I sent them to was discharged from the hospital so the florist called me. I gave them the home address and they acted as if there would be delivering them that day. Then a few hours later I received an email from Florist.com stating that they had not been delivered and they needed the home address. My first attempt at calling them placed me on hold for 20 minutes followed by my second attempt which lasted over an hour before I hung up. I believe the only reason I got a return call back was because I filled a dispute with Paypal. I was assured by the representative that my flowers would be delivered to the recipients address the following day. NOPE... they tried again to deliver them to the hospital. I will NEVER use this company. I was issued a full refund but they seriously need to get there act together. Poor communication and ridiculous hold times. STAY AWAY FROM THEM

I ordered a fruit bouquet for a friend that I had not seen in over 3 years. I reconnected with her this past weekend and to show how grateful I was at her hosting a wonderful dinner I decided to have something delivered to her! Florist.com got my order completely wrong! The first time it was for a pregnant girl and my friend was completely embarrassed at work! The 2nd time she received a happy birthday arrangement when it was supposed to be a "THANK YOU" arrangement! So upset and embarrassed! Never again will I used them!

Flowers were never delivered. I did not get any emails or phone calls letting me know. My credit card was charged for $115! And when I called them, they said they cannot speak to me because my name is not on the order!
What a scam artists! Shame on YOU!

I SPENT OVER 100 DOLLARS ON THEIR WEBSITE TO HAVE FLOWERS DELIVERED BY 3:00 TO MY BESTFRIENDS JOB FOR HER BIRTHDAY AND THEY NEVER EVEN SHOWED UP. THEN WHEN I CALLED THE REP, BESIDES FROM BEING RUDE AND HUFFING AND PUFFING INTO THE PHONE HE SAID HE COULDNT GIVE ME THE NAME OF THE FLORIST BUT CAN CALL HIMSELF INSTEAD. WHEN HE CALLED HE TOLD ME THE FLORISTS DRIVER WASNT ANSWERING THE PHONE THEN HAD THE NERVE TO ASK IF I MIND WAITING UNTIL TOMORROW. ABSOLUTELY DISGUSTING. NEVER AGAIN WILL I ORDER FROM THEM AND NOBODY ELSE SHOULD WASTE THEIR TIME DOING SO EITHER. I WILL DEFINITELY BE FOLLOWING UP TO MAKE SURE MY MONEY IS REFUNDED. NEVER AGAIN!

After 5 business days the flowers were never delivered. Followed up on an order that was made to be sent on Monday, and subsequently after for 4 days straight and then finally asked for a refund. I'm following up with my credit card company to ensure they don't charge me in the future. Worst online florist ever used. Ended up ordering from another online retailer, to make up the mistake Florists.com made. Had Ruth as my customer service agent.

Nothing like the picture
February 24, 2016

I ordered flowers for my daughter's birthday to be sent to her office. Flowers arrived 30 minutes before she left work for the day. I ordered the bright and cheery bouquet because I really like the vase that was pictured on the website. She sent me a picture of them when they arrived and the vase was a cheap green glass vase, nothing at all like the picture.
Very disappointed and will not be using them again.

Waste of time! I ordered flowers for the same day delivery as they market in their advertising. This was a Wednesday. I heard nothing until Thursday that they were unable to deliver that same day order Wednesday. When I received another call Friday afternoon that they still hadn't delivered my order I was beyond frustrated. Around 4:30pm Friday I received an email that my order was canceled! Needless to say, I chose a different flower company! Worst experience ever!

After numerous of phone calls I received my valentines flowers 3 days late from my Bf. The original order was a flower basket with teddy bear, but I received a simple bouquet with a vase with no teddy bear, no basket. First phone call to see when the flowers would be delivered, on valentines day, they informed me that the driver was on their way. 2 hours later, no delivery. I called again and spoke to the gentleman from flower shop, why the delivery could not be delivered, he got defensive and started arguing with me, telling me all kind of excuses regarding the 20 min drive for delivery, then he said he had no delivery guy. He suggested I could pick them up myself, after paying $15 in delivery charge. What a joke! I or my Bf, will never order flowers from them again, do your self a favor and pick another place!

I have ordered from them at least once a month for the past 6 months. I have ordered flowers to be sent the day of with no problem. The last time I used them the flowers were horrible. They have a 7 day good as gold refund policy. I requested a refund. And they sent me a sorry email. No. I'm sorry. I'm sorry I used you guys. I'm sorry I created a corporate relationship with my company Teleperformance. Never again!

I wish I would have read these before ordering for Valentine's Day. They tried to deliver a week early on a Saturday to the business that was closed and then apologized profusely and said they would upgrade my order at no charge and deliver on the day it was actually scheduled for and then never and showed. So, no gift. I disputed the charge with my credit card to get the $63 back. What a waste of time! Never using this site again!

Horrible. Failed to deliver, with a BS excuse (it's a school, your 1:45 delivery attempt didn't work when they were open until 3:30?!) and when they couldn't re-attempt because the school was closed for break the next week, wouldn't deliver to the recipients address a shirt distance away instead. Horrible service and horrible customer service. Use anyone else.
