The company has garnered significant criticism regarding its reliability and customer service, with numerous customers reporting issues such as late deliveries, incorrect orders, and inadequate communication regarding cancellations. Many express frustration with the quality of the products received, often falling short of expectations set during the ordering process. While a few reviews note satisfactory experiences, particularly regarding resolution efforts, the predominant sentiment reflects disappointment and a lack of trust. This suggests a pressing need for the company to enhance its operational efficiency and customer support to improve overall satisfaction and reputation.

I received flowers for Mothers Day, very poor quality, when I opened the package the flowers were jammed together almost looked dehydrated. When I tried to take them out of the packaging one of the heads of the flowers fell off. I put them in a vase to rehydrate them and one day later they didn't look that much better, another flower head is just hanging off of the stem, with some black petals on the daisey's. I just hope my son didn't pay that much for the flowers.
I wish I had checked these reviews before I wasted my time with this company. I placed an order for same day delivery and nothing arrived. I have called multiple times and each time I get the run around. No one knows anything, I can't speak to anyone that does, they won't give me the phone number to the florist or anyone I can speak to in order to find out the status AND I was just told the florist is closed and won't be open again until Monday! (It's Saturday) I feel that I have been conned out of money and this company is a scam. I'll be stopping the funds on this transaction! Buyer beware- do NOT use this company!
Please do not EVER purchase from this fraud flower shop in Newton NJ. Ordered for my mom, my Queen the "Queens Court ", f! Ower arrangement for mother's day only to discover they de! Ivered an arrangement of flowers I would not even send to my dog Rusty. When I called the owner, she said she ran out of the roses due and had replaced the unique silver mercury flower stand with a plain glass f! Ower stand that looked like it was spare vases from the dollar general. The absolute Abominating factor was when the owner suggested having the flowers picked up from my 88 year old mothers home and leave her with nothing. The owner also offered to take off $20.00 dollars from a $141.0 order. Shame on you 'Blooms of Elegance'! What might have been my Queens last mothers day was completely disappointing by your lack of care and respect for the work and professionalism your supposed represent.
Ordered a bouquet for my mom for Mother's Day and they were literally complete dead! They refused to give me money back! Horrible customer service worst experience beware do not use them!
I ordered two bouquets in April to be delivered on May 12,2017. They never delivered either orders. I called them and they offered to deliver them on May 23rd! Ummmm, hell no! Mother's Day will be long gone by May 23rd. I'm pissed off to the max. Please do not trust these ppl and customer service is terrible!
I ordered flowers for my mom from these people and shortly after the order went through, I realized it was the wrong place. I also knew something was fishy when I never got the confirmation email. I immediately called to cancel the order. They say the florist will contact you. Nobody contacted me. I called two more times and the same thing. I emailed them and still no reply. I'm out of $70 thanks to them. My mom did receive the flowers along with the ones from the place I was originally trying to order from, but again I tried several times to cancel my order with these people.
Never delivered my Mom's Mothers Day flowers. Some barely English speaking person took down my info and said that someone will call me back. NOPE. Didn't happen. Stay away!
I recently ordered a fruit bouquet online from florists.com for my mom for Mother's Day with a requested delivery date of 5/13. As i entered my order, i kept looking for a place to include a card. No card. I quickly received my confirmation which did allow me to add a card, but showed a delivery date of 5/11. When i contacted their customer 10 minutes after placing the order requesting delivery date be changed to 5/13, I was told they could not change the date because it was too close to Mother's Day. Nothing like having your gift delivered 3 days early. There service was completely unaccomodating and I feel I was mis-led and taken advantage of once the order was placed. I would not recommend this company or their affiliates including 800flowers.com. Buyer beware.
Ok so it's my girlfriends birthday and I want flowers delivered. I track my order only to find out that they weren't going to be delivered on the day that I requested. Thank God I had an operator so willing to go over and beyond the call of duty by the name of Molly. Not only did she make the delivery happen they also paid the florist extra $ to make it happen on the day I requested!
FLORIST.COM ROCKS!
I ordered Birthday Flowers yesterday and they arrived beautifully to my mother! They use local shops and a florist hand delivered it. Thanks Florists.com!
I ordered flowers for a coworker who lost her mother recently. My credit card was billed immediately. I called the number noted on my credit card charge when i learned the flowers were never delivered.
They could not give me any reason and said they would send the order to a different florist.
Flowers never arrived. Fortunately i used an american express card and filed a dispute and go the refund
Very disappointed in this company. Will not order flowers from this site again.
I had scheduled a delivery for Friday only for the flowers to be delivered on Tuesday. I contacted florists.com and they responded quickly to my email; however, I paid a hefty price for these flowers and the flowers should have been delivered on time.
I ordered my girls flowers on a Monday to be delivered on Tuesday. They never arrived! Called "eflowers" on Wednesday and they said they would have the florist to contact me... NEVER DID. Called back on Thursday - said if was their after our service but would have the florist to contact me... NEVER DID!. Called of Friday, they said they would get them out and have the florist to contact me... NEVER DID. Just contacted them on Friday night, said it was their after our service and could only send a message to the florist. WHAT A RIP OFF! NEVER ORDER FROM THESE PEOPLE!
I ordered flowers for my wife for our anniversary. Ordered on the 18th for a delivery on the 21st. They charged my card and nothing else. I contacted multiple times on the 21st ans so far no delivery no refund no contact explaining what happened. Will never use them again.
Do not order from Florists.com. Their customer service is poor! I was called on the day of my requested delivery and informed that Florists.com could not deliver my flower order. Somehow, they just realized they did not have florists in the area that delivered on Sundays. These flowers were for my sister's Birthday, Palm Sunday and Baptismal event. This was a special occasion because it was her first birthday after having lost her husband in December. Florists.com poor service ruined this special occasion for me and my beloved sister. Avoid the headaches and never order from Florist.com.
I placed the order the night before and states that the delivery needed to be made early in the day. They almost missed the recipiant. I will be ordering from somewhere else.
I know I will NEVER order from this site again! Ordered a $68 plant/floral arrangement for a family members memorial service. Placed the order the morning of March 17th with the service being held on March 18th. Got an email a few hours later stating "Unfortunately we have just been made aware that we do not have local FTD coverage in your recipients area. We would be able to have an item arrive through FedEx or UPS at no additional cost to you. Please let us know if you would like to proceed with the order or if at this point you would choose to cancel this order. "
I called them back and stated I would like to proceed with the order and was informed they would not be able to "guarantee" same day delivery. With the service being the same day as delivery they said I would get a phone call informing me of the deliver. Well it is now March 25th and have not heard back after 3 additional phone calls inquiring about if the order was delivered. Each time I called I had to provide my name, the recipients name and address and expected delivery date even though I have a reference number. I asked if they knew who the florist was that would be completing the order and was told they do not know. They got my money, so what do they care.
This is utterly unacceptable! The customer service representatives basically follow a script and do not care to listen or provide any other response than "I will forward the information and request a call back, thank you for calling". Maybe there is a language barrier since it appears the customer service location is outsourced to another country. It would be nice if they could access the order by the reference number provided and not have to give all the information each time I called.
They forgot to include card and balloon! Said they would give me credit. I tried again to place an order. They told me my credit expired! I stated nobody mentioned an expiration date. Lyndi from dust. Service said well I'm sorry I can't help you and hung up!
Placed an order online. When my wife received the flowers at work then sent me a pic... surprise surprise (or not after reading these reviews) they were not anywhere close to the picture I ordered... EVEN THE WRONG NUMBER OF ROSES!... I called and got the run around until I mentioned calling my credit card company about fraud... then I got a rude email giving me three options... one was replacing the flowers... with what I am not sure...#2 they would send someone to her work and repo... oopps I mean retrieve the flowers for a full refund or option #3 refund the $17.99 processing fee... All option were ridiculous... imagine her embarrassment when someone showed up to take the flowers away from her... I went to the website and under the guarantee heading was this."Our Guarantee
Please note that we cannot guarantee any delivery times. The next delivery date is the next available business day. Satisfaction guaranteed or your money back. As professional FTD florists, we guarantee your satisfaction with every order sent through FTD for delivery in the United States and Canada and on all FTD branded products. I sent it to the email address and nothing since... SCAM STAY AWAY!
Ordered flowers for my daughter. They brought them after the office was closed (the janitor was there) and they were terrible. Didn't look anything like the picture. It was a few flowers thrown in a vase. I called and they said they would exchange them for another arrangement and never did. Will never order from them again
