They were very helpful. The part arrived when they said and mezsaged to let me know every step
The service was a little slow. But I was always informed. The unit looked like it may have been a salvage unit that was wire brushed and reprogramed to match the car
The staff is very friendly and professional. They keep you updated on the progress of your purchase.
Took three weeks to get ECM, just be realistic and honest with people on time to receive your item.
Product Showed up later than I was told. Also found product was cheaper on there site. I brought this to there attention and the blamed the carrier. No compensation was added to address the issues.
The service from purchasing the ECU until it was delivered was not great. They took their time getting it ready and sending it out (a full 7 business days). This was just up to the allotted time that the quote on order shipments. They said they had a lot of orders and that's why it took so long to send out. As far as the ECU was concerned, it arrived and was cleaned up. There was a warranty security sticker on the ECU, so I could not check the internals without voiding my warranty. I was told that I would need a locksmith to "marry" the ECU to my car, which was correct. I had the tools needed to do that myself. After installing the ECU in the car, I proceeded to "marry" it to my vehicle. This process was seamless. There was one issue however, When I started my car for the first time after installing the ECU, I got poor engine performance and a check engine light. The CEL was for injector #4 and the car was running like it was misfiring in a cylinder. I turned the car off. I then retightened the Ground to the ECU in case that was the problem. It felt pretty tight. I turned the car on again, same problem. I let the engine get a little warmer this time. I then shut the car off again and cleared the codes. The next time I turned the car on, it seemed like the misfire was gone and I did not get a CEL again. I have been driving the car for about a week and a half now with no other issues. I am thinking that whatever repairs they did on the ECU, there was still some solder that was touching multiple pins on the ECU. Warming the car up a few times, probably melted that trace of solder away. This is just a guess. You would have thought that Flagship would have caught something like this in their QC on the ECU, but overall, it turned out to not be an issue. All in all, I am pretty happy with the product, but their lead time from sale to arrival can be improved upon. Sale support wasn't perfect either, but I've dealt with worse.
Great customer service. Always very helpful when i need to order a computer. Everyone i speak to is very helpful.
This was the most frustrating and dissatisfying purchase that I have ever experienced, and it is still not resolved! Your customer service sucks. I feel as though this is a total scam! We paid your company over $800 and we still do not have our PCM! This is totally unprofessional unacceptable and unappreciated! We are still without a car after almost a month and a half of dealing with flagship one!
Great selection of options available. Always easy to select what I need and get it ordered. Programming and testing with updates on where your product is at in the process. Usually pretty quick shipping. On top of that, the prices are great.
Always easy to find what I need and get checked out.
Part fix my car problem, it program easily and in less than 2 hours I was back on the road with my car working like the first day
We were able to order the parts we needed and received them in only a couple of days after ordering
ECM did not work. I sent Flagship one my vin number and paid the $202 for a programmed ECM. I received it in what I would say was a normal time period ( 9 days). I pulled the battery cables and drained the system, installed the ECM and after installing it, all the dash lights light up and the truck will not start. I had to put my old ECM back in as it works, but is inconsistent and I believe is going out. I sent in a message on their web site over the weekend asking for help, but have not heard back from them. I feel like I waisted my money ordering from their company.
Great service, great products. Purchased 3 PCM's in last month, all work great!
Still waiting for our pcm to get sent back. First one was lost after it was delivered to you, finally got us a new one. New one was defective. Had to pay to mail the other one back, been a few weeks and still waiting on this pcm to get shipped out to us.
Working at a dealer dealing with obsolete computer parts it is nice to have a dependable source..
You guys are very informative and kick a$$ and take names.Thank you very much for your prompt service.
It took 3 weeks to receive the ECM and when I installed it the ECM didn't work. Sent emails and put in a request for return and have not had any response. Absolutely disgraceful customer service, lead time, and product quality. Beware of this business.
Ordered this as not sure what problems having with my truck got it in a quick time can't give my best option on how it is as truck still having unrelated issues and not get to put it to the real road test.
Easy to navigate the website to find what was looking for.
I was able to get a programmed PCM when the dealer told me they were discontinued. PCM worked great and solved a couple of issues. Wil use again 😁
Even though my ECM didn't work, everybody that I talked to was very helpful and didn't give me a hard time about returning the ECM.
Answer: Scam company. They will take your money. You will be lucky to receive anything
Answer: They are the masters of "terminal hold" until you get frustrated and give up. I can't imagine how low you need to be to work for these scammers!
Answer: Their 2-7 shipping days is a total LIE. Their customer service are paid professional liars well. Will tell you anything to appease you true or not. I cancelled my order after 14 days and they couldn't tell me WHEN. Shop elsewhere, this company has huge problems.
Answer: Stay away! They charged my card and never sent my part!
