The package arrived fine to our shop but the contents were a little shocking, the case of the idm looked like it had been spray painted black with dirt and grime still on it. The screw pockets were brittle and crumbling like this came off a truck from up north that the frame was rotting away. One of the screw pockets still had a broken off bolt in that was just left there corroded to the case and one side of the case had a big crack and pieces missing leaving the inside exposed to the elements for who knows how long. The quality control of this company is shocking if that's what passes.

The tipm I ordered looked like it had just came out of a junkyard it was dirty and had green corrosion on the terminals I didn't install it I will not do business with you again

I bought 2 different reman ECMs from eBay both of which would cause the car to shut down while driving at just about any speed. So far the one I bought from flagship is working phenomenally, hasn't shut down once or thrown any codes. I was almost at the point of junking the car because the electrical issues are a huge headache. I will leave an update if it fails, but I'm confident it will be fine.

We sent out unit and did not need repair. It was in good working order. Flagship tested it and sent it back, fast turn around. Very pleased. We had no other choice. Our truck is back on the road.

Answer: Their 2-7 shipping days is a total LIE. Their customer service are paid professional liars well. Will tell you anything to appease you true or not. I cancelled my order after 14 days and they couldn't tell me WHEN. Shop elsewhere, this company has huge problems.
