Bought a ECM for 2002 Infiniti QX4 for $364 and it didn't work (start) took it out put the old one back car start but the problem still there,called Flagship One and i was told to fill out a form (RMA) which i have to take back to the shop for them to fill out,send the form back to them and was told they will send a shipping label to send the unit back with my old unit for cloning.After they received both units,i called back to check and was told they still working on it and i will be updated once done, but was surprised when told that there unit was damage as a result my warranty is void just like that and both units was shipped back to me. Flagship One is highway robbery and ripping people off.

Received, could have been packaged a little better. Installed. Vehicle would fire up and run; then super rough ideal and shut down.
Throwing the crankshaft position sensor code, CPS was replaced back in January and I've replaced it again last week just to make sure, along with cam shaft sensor. Not sure where to turn now.
Everything went well. Truck still doesn't run and is asking for a code and did not know I had to reprogram the keys to new ecm until after I took it to a mechanic
After Covid it seemed like there was a small communication issue when ordering and following up. It is obvious that they have gotten operations back on track and their past customer service was excellent. My order was placed and promptly received without any issue. Thank you

Answer: Their 2-7 shipping days is a total LIE. Their customer service are paid professional liars well. Will tell you anything to appease you true or not. I cancelled my order after 14 days and they couldn't tell me WHEN. Shop elsewhere, this company has huge problems.
