I wasn't sure of this company after reading some reviews. But I took a chance and after two weeks went by I received my ECM. It worked right away and is still working. If I have problems with my other vehicles, I will use their services. Thank you.
I found this company in the internet. From the get go they kept me well informed and I received the unit. They gave me instructions on how to program my keys, unfortunately nothing worked so I had to call a locksmith. This was not their fault as everything I read on their website mentioned that could happen anyways. So far my Cadillac had been doing well with no issues.

Pcm works well but had issues with passlock relearn, so i did have to have it learned to the truck with a autel setup.
Part arrived securely packed, installed quickly, and is working like a charm!

The order entry process with Zia was easy and straight forward. She said that the unit would need to be programmed before it ships and that would take 4 to 5 business days. As it turned out though, it was over twice that. I was disappointed in that because it was for a work van and I was out of business for that period of time. On a positive note, the unit did fix the problem and the van runs fine now.
I feel like the order took a little too long before it shipped out.

Answer: Scam company. They will take your money. You will be lucky to receive anything
Answer: They are the masters of "terminal hold" until you get frustrated and give up. I can't imagine how low you need to be to work for these scammers!
Answer: Their 2-7 shipping days is a total LIE. Their customer service are paid professional liars well. Will tell you anything to appease you true or not. I cancelled my order after 14 days and they couldn't tell me WHEN. Shop elsewhere, this company has huge problems.
