Received ECU exactly as described. VIN in EEPROM with the car's latest program installed. The casing was clean and a seal applied.
I programmed the immobilizer with the existing keys. Followed by the required resets and relearns. The ECU performs as good as a new factory unit. Along with other repairs, plugs, spark injectors, catalyst, etc., power and transmission performance is restored.
I bought this car with plugged catalyst and had it towed to the house. The former owner drove it until it would not drive. The original ECU and neglect was the root cause that started the domino effect of all problems. All is good now.

I love how I was sent emails at each step. ECM did work as it should but unfortunately
It didn't take care of my problem will have to continue trouble shooting my PO301 trouble code.
Will definitely buy again from Flagship One when in need of any other ECM!

Transaction was easy. Flagship one programmed and tested the refurbished PCM with my vin#. It works great. Easy install. The only thing to look for improvement to be perfect would be sand/soda blast the body first and cover up the plastic connecter plugs. And keep them clean from the blast dust. Then install board and program/test.

My vehicle would not start with the new part I ordered. I have a smart start interlock device in my car, so I'm not sure if they programmed the interlock device to the old PCM, but the vehicle would not start with the PCM I ordered from Flagship. I provided the correct VIN #, so I'm not sure what the problem is.

This is the second time I've purchased a "programmed" computer from them ONLY for it not to work. First time it was a Cadillac, second time a Pontiac. Never again. Yes, we went through the process of introducing the part to the car, programming the car to the part, NOTHING! There's no way to prove it so there won't be another dime spent.

Verry verry impressed with Maria D's performance. This woman was professional, informational and followed up with me multiple times long after I forgot even after the product was purchased. I reached out on the price to get a pcm programmed for my Jeep! I sent the pcm to them it was programmed and shipped bk to me in less than a week and I haven't had any problems out of it yet! HIGHLY RECOMMEND

We ordered a computer in for a Ford. It came a little later than desired-but, to be fair, it was during the Christmas and New Years Season. But, it came in packaged well and worked without any issues. We will buy again
