My fruit bouquet was delicious and packaged well. All the fruit was sweet. They offered same day delivery for a very small fee of $2.99.
Ordered choc covered strawberries to deliver oct 2, my husbands bday. Fed ex delivery used. Got an email from fruit bouquet night before stating "Arrives oct 2" but when I click fed ex tracking, says will be delivered by end of day oct 5! Ummm. No... so I call fruit bouquet at 10:00 at night when I saw the email. They cannot give me explanation as to why it won't arrive on time. They do everything to "make it right". I am unhappy with all alternatives (send my husband flowers?! No thanks). End up saying they can get berries delivered next day by going through local company that does own deliveries, issued me a partial refund, twice as many berries, and a coupon for $20 off future purchase to Sherries Berries. The berries were beautifully delicious. However. Had I not gotten/seen email in time to take action, the original fed ex order arrived Oct 6 in the condition seen in the photo with MOLD included, as they were in transit since Oct 1st! From a town 5 hours away! NEVER AGAIN FRUIT BOQUETS.COM.
I order an arrangement thinking it was Edible Arrangements and my order didn't get delivered so I had to reorder and the customer Service person are in the Phillipines. I will not be ordering again. Where the local stores in Louisiana.
The overall response from the recipient was satisfaction with the quality of the product. However, when I inquired whether or not the Mylar Happy Birthday Balloon accompanied the order, the recipient's response was: "What Balloon?" Somewhat disappointing, considering the whole point of the gift was for a birthday. I have contacted business directly by e-mail, to ask for explanation, or at the very least, to credit my account for the cost of the balloon. Guess that is the chance you take, when you place an order for a gift to be delivered out-of-state.

Sister in law loved it. Fruit was so yummy and fresh. Arrived early in day for Birthday enjoyment. Looked just like the picture. Well pleased.
The delivery service was terrible. The driver did not follow any COVID 19 precautions no mask, no gloves. He put his cell phone on top of the box of strawberries. When we open the box the strawberries were not sealed, which led us to suspect he may have been careless with exposing the strawberries in an unsafe manner. Just left a bad feeling about an otherwise joyful occasion. If can't encourage the drivers that they are an essential part of the customer experience, then give customer the option to personally pickup their items. This may save some future customer dissatisfaction... COVID 19 period or not.
I had a promo from Groupon, which is the only reason I tried a company with such low reviews. I was forced to click my payment type, PayPal, before entering the promo. This sent the purchase through. I had no button to modify or cancel the order to add the promo code. I clicked the chat button on the website, no chat started. I went to "contact us" only to be told that was a broken link. I went through Facebook and was told I would get a call back, didn't. Followed up to push for the call back nearly a week later and was told to use the $30 discount in my next order. Sent an email in and was now told the promo expired... Yes, because it's a week later. It wasn't expired when I did my purchase. So I purchased overpriced chocolate strawberries, with expensive delivery, and was unable to use my Groupon. There was NO WAY to cancel my order and NO ONE to talk to who could help. Do not use this company.
The worst experience I have ever had with any company fruit were molded I would never purchase from here again...& plus delivered the order the day after I request. If I give y'all no stars I WOULD ‼
It was delivered on time and the recipient loved it! She said that she had to compose herself before calling to thank me because the Strawberries were so beautiful that they had her crying!
I got these for my daughter as a sweet sixteen bday gift. It came fed ex and was wrapped in a box and other materials but when I opened the box of strawberries I was extremely disappointed!
My mother loved her arrangement. My Dad does as well. They both want nothing more than to see the orange fulious defeated on November 3rd. He's corrupt and totally inept. He's an embarrassment to our country. He should probably eat more fruit. Don't think that'll help with his buffoonery or racism though.
My daughter was tickled to get it... I think the delivery person should have rung the doorbell or at least knocked... But she was happy so so am I... Thank you

For the most part, it was good. It looked good, Tasted good, with the exception of 3 strawberries, 2 of which had mold on them and one was brown so we had to toss them out.
Ordered around 10am item was delivered around 3pm. Same day service. My mom was surprised and she said that the fruit was delicious.
Will not use again. What I ordered and what I received was nothing like the picture on the page. I was told all of the fruit was sour and not tasty at all.
Ordered an arrangement as a thank you and it came out nice. The recipient was happy, the fruit quality was good and they enjoyed it. I wished that it was delivered earlier in the afternoon but the point is they received it on the day they promised and they enjoyed it.
Answer: Once I got a hold of them they put me on hold for a long time and call conveniently hung up I had to call back several times... Had to request a manager and even then they hung up on me..
