The flowers can just as they were pictures and we're delivered by hand with the balloon and they were beautiful! On time and as expected!
They were pretty, but they hand writing on the card was sloppy, I would have liked it to be typed And not in someone else's hand writing
Some same-day delivery items (such as gift baskets) cannot be delivered in certain areas. It would be nice if the site could use the zip-code to only show items that really are same-day delivery items to that area.
That said, when I did find an item that could truly be delivered same day, I ordered around noon and it was delivered by 4 which is exactly what I was hoping for.
The time the order was received was perfect. Unfortunately the product itself was disappointing. Based on the picture description on the web page was misleading to what was actually delivered. Completely different. If I was able to post pics so you can see for yourself I would post it.

Our only dissatisfaction is that we were unable to order $39.99 option on-line, we had to order the $49.99 option to get free delivery, when it was advertised that there was free delivery on all 3 sizes.
Quick and easy and not too bad on the extra fees and charges
The delivery fees are high. The flowers that were received were NOT what I ordered. I upgraded to the highest level for a very full, lush bouquet of flowers. What was received was the basic, entry-level bouquet. I have contacted Customer Service and supported my comments with pictures.

The flowers delivered were as lovely as pictured on line, would definitely order again!
Seems like an ok deal until you get to the final order review and you get hit with charges. Plus I signed up for 20% discount ON ENTIRE ORDER and didn't get that. All flower sites seem to be bait and switch.
