Utterly disappointed - 1. I ordered a fruit basket which was pictured as being a basket overflowing with ONLY FRUIT. I paid for expedited shipping so the fruit basket could get to my boss before he left for the day. Not only did the basket not arrive on time, but once I saw it the next day - I was absolutely appalled! This fruit basket had only about two apples, two oranges, ONE GRAPEFRUIT WITH SOFT PRE-MOLD SPOTS ON IT, and the rest was gummy fruit snacks, a nutrigrain bar, a natures valley granola bar, and ultra sugary mini fruit juice bottles. MY BOSS IS GLUTEN INTOLERANT! Absolutely nowhere on the description does it state that this basket comes with anything other than a "keepsake basket" and seasonal fruit. This is honestly the most embarrassing thing I've ever given to a person. To make it worse, I called to express my dismay with this product, was placed on a minutes long hold so the rep could call the florist that provided me with this atrocity only to garner the response relayed back to the rep of "We don't send out bad fruit". Right. I'm offered a re-send of the same fruit basket - which is laughable - or a 30% refund. REALLY?!?! The amount that I paid to look like an idiot by presenting him with a basket half full of things he can't eat, with a horrid grapefruit that I wouldn't touch with a ten foot pole and I received, you could only give back 30%? From You Flowers and whatever terrible florist I got this garbage from should be boycotted. Buyer Beware.
If you absolutely NEED your flowers to arrive - look elsewhere. I purchased flowers to be sent to a funeral home to express the condolences of our entire company as many could not miss work to attend the visitation, wake or mass. One of our oldest and dearest employees lost a loved one and it was important to us that we send flowers. Not only did they never send them, they sent me an email stating that they couldn't send the flowers I ordered, but not to worry - they would send a substitute arrangement. This was all lies. As it turns out, they never had a florist that could send the flowers and by lying to me, they prevented me from securing another florist and so no flowers were sent. Then I have to talk to Jamila in customer service who has no sympathy or empathy for me or the situation her company created. She just wants to avoid refunding me the money. Just horrible. She keeps trying to push me into having flowers sent - TO WHO?!?! The visitation, wake, burial and mass are all over! The deceased is in the ground! You can't make up for it now! I ask to speak to a manager, but she tells me no managers are available. Eventually she agrees to refund the purchase of undelivered flowers and acts like she's doing me a favor. UNBELIEVABLE!

My first time using your floral services. Check back with me after my sister receives her flowers on Monday, 10/21. Will let you know at that time. Flowers received on 10/21 as ordered. Happy with that. The arrangement was pretty much as ordered; however, the arrangement was lopsided and flowers "bunched" together rather than arranged. The vase was not the "hobnob" as shown, but was a pale mauve color, nothing exciting. I don't always base my opinion on my first order but for what one pays to have flowers delivered, we'd like to get what we ordered. I'll use this company again, I'm sure. Prices are good, delivery on time.

Answer: Truthfully I was so livid when I spoke with them that I demanded my money back since it was their error and demanded they send me an email as confirmation that I cancelled the order and that I would receive a total refund. Hope that helps
