Beautiful arrangement! Matched the picture I select in the order process.
It's seems ok but I need feedback about the bouquet before I can honestly rate.
The flowers delivered were not what I thought I ordered. There were a total of 4 roses and other flowers that were sprayed. I was not happy with the outcome of this arrangement. I ordered two other arrangements to be sent today and I hope they turn out better.

The flowers that I ordered seemed very small in size even though I chose the second option which was to mimic the fullness that is shown in picture. There was more greens in the flowers that were received than the actual pink flowers.
Arrangement was as ordered but I was disappointed with a delivery time of 4:00 PM. Even though I did not pay for morning delivery I think 4:00 PM to a work place was a little too late.
We are gardeners. The roses sent are so disappointing and I'm sure the recipient is thinking WHat? Since the picture was a mixed bouquet in beautiful colors, I assumed it would at least be similar. I'm going to have to apologize to the recipient. They did look fresh though...not satisfied.

You ask confirmation for receipt of product. Since I'm the one that sent flowers I just depend on FromYouFlowers to send me notification that product was delivered. I do like the notification but depend on recipient to tell me it was received and how they looked. I have in the past found out what I thought I was sending was not always the same as what I thought I ordered.
Answer: Truthfully I was so livid when I spoke with them that I demanded my money back since it was their error and demanded they send me an email as confirmation that I cancelled the order and that I would receive a total refund. Hope that helps
