Ordering procedure is easy.
10/23. Product delivered early in the day. Recipient sent picture, and the arrangement was exactly as depicted online. Recipient was delighted with her birthday gift!

The service and handling fee aka the delivery charge was not listed until going through order process. I prefer pricing to be clear and honest and show me delivery fees or aka service and handling up front so I can consider that in my choices. I also did not appreciate the default to select the morning guarantee for an additional $4.99. Simply feel like pricing is not upfront and there should never be a default to purchase anything, that is bad and dishonest service.
Hopefully the order itself is what I expect. I used this site because it had a great selection of Sunflower bouquets which is the recipients favorite flowers. We will see what she thinks when it arrives.

The arrangement came in beautifully! The chocolate was even better than I would have imagined it to be for the price. Will definitely be purchasing from here again.

It's disappointing you aren't told up front that there's an approximate $15 service charge, and another $3 same day delivery. Gift baskets are typically same day delivery, so I don't know why that wouldn't be included in the price to begin with, and the service charge is steep.
Answer: Truthfully I was so livid when I spoke with them that I demanded my money back since it was their error and demanded they send me an email as confirmation that I cancelled the order and that I would receive a total refund. Hope that helps
