I found it very practical, but what I received was different from what I ordered, I ordered the premium, which shows in the picture it should be bigger, but it came the same size and maybe smaller as the normal size! The balloons I ordered 4 simple balloon, I received instead of it one Balloon with picture... I was going to put my second order but definitely I'll not

Was going away for weekend without my girl so ordered her 2 dozen roses. I told them specifically to deliver after 6 Pm when she'd be home. I get an email at 5:30 pm that they've been delivered. I did tell them it was okay to leave if she wasn't there just in case. I find shes home and ask did you see any deliveries? No, she tells me. I call and they confirm with the florist the flowers were delivered. I have my girl check the security tape and find her doorbell wasnt rung and the footage shows no activity. They tell me they don't deliver after 6pm, which they didn't tell me when I called in the order indicating they had to be delivered after 6. In the end they did reimburse me but the surprise delivery was ruined! I'd love to know where those flowers ended up. If they were ever sent.

Ordering was a breeze and the website was user friendly. The flowers were beautiful and delivered on time. Good price also. Would recommend.
The flowers were as advertised and they were delivered on the day they were supposed to be. The only problem I have is the company delivering the flowers could not get into the base so they just left the flowers at the gate and didn't tell anyone they were there not notifying me or there person that the flowers were for. So she didn't get the flowers to the next day until I had to make a call then it took the customers service per 15 minutes to find out what happen, so I guess I M more disappointed in the company they hired to deliver them.

Answer: Truthfully I was so livid when I spoke with them that I demanded my money back since it was their error and demanded they send me an email as confirmation that I cancelled the order and that I would receive a total refund. Hope that helps

Answer: My delivery came at 640pm on the day it was scheduled, I checked several times during the day and couldn't get anything but thst the delivery was scheduled.
