Started out great at least I thought, I was ordering flowers for funeral same day delivery and paying the extra cost. Then I got my first call that they could not use the flowers I wanted so I approved substitutions. Second email I got told me they could not deliver it until the next day which was the day of the funeral, I agreed as long as it was there by 9 a.m. 3rd mail I received was at 2 in the morning which indicated there was no florists that could provide the flowers requested. Shortly after a fourth email told me that there was no florist that could provide the service I requested. At this point I'm wondering... how could a florist want to initiate substitutions if there was no florist to begin with. Long story short no flowers arrived at the funeral and now they're asking where they can send the flowers! This was a $75 order they had that they could not fulfill and fought me on a total refund. At this point now we are sending them to a family member and I guess I will see what happens. Do not use this company find a local florist and pay the extra money! Frauds!
Easy Peasey for ordering. Delivery to a residence not mine. Order was left on the porch, luckily receipt was confirmed though I have not seen the product for confirmation of what was ordered
Very disappointed will not order from here again. The basket I received contained mainly cheap small bags of chips vs what I ordered which was all chocolate and candy. Worst gift basket ever. Not even worth $10 and i paid over $70 for it.
I upgraded my purchase to get the premium bouquet, what was received was smaller than the smallest bouquet offered. I will NEVER use your company again and I will be sharing pictures and screenshots of my receipt on every social media platform available so others will see what a total rip-off this was and be warned. Never again!
