They delivered flowers with no card. Seriously. Recipient did not know who sent them. I called customer service and they did not care, actually, they made it clear they couldn't care less. Will never order from this company again.

My delivery was scheduled for Saturday it did not arrive till Monday and all the roses are dead I was told I would receive a credit of 30% and Saturday delivery Taken off my bill I have not received and I think I deserve a full refund because the roses are dead and it showed up on Monday afternoon when I scheduled Saturday delivery

I ordered a little later than I should have and worried about delivery to a morning service but received them on time for which I was grateful. Were more beautiful in person and stood taller than bed of casket which was a concern when your choosing from a picture online. Highly recommend.
