They delivered flowers with no card. Seriously. Recipient did not know who sent them. I called customer service and they did not care, actually, they made it clear they couldn't care less. Will never order from this company again.

My delivery was scheduled for Saturday it did not arrive till Monday and all the roses are dead I was told I would receive a credit of 30% and Saturday delivery Taken off my bill I have not received and I think I deserve a full refund because the roses are dead and it showed up on Monday afternoon when I scheduled Saturday delivery

When i positionnait ordered they delivered on the wrong date, and had to re deliver 10 days later. Then when i recieved my delux meat and cheese basket... there wasnt any meat in it?

Answer: Truthfully I was so livid when I spoke with them that I demanded my money back since it was their error and demanded they send me an email as confirmation that I cancelled the order and that I would receive a total refund. Hope that helps
