Quick and easy. Nice variety of arrangements and gifts. Reasonable pricing. Was sent to a girlfriend for her birthday. She loved it! She posted pictures so I got to see it. It wasn't exactly what I ordered but the florist did a very good job making it very similar. Having worked in a couple florist shops I know it is not always easy to get exactly what you need for an arrangement, especially on short notice. So I don't take issue with that. She was very happy with the arrangement and so was I. They did not skimp on the amount of flowers used. Overall, a very positive experience. Would definitely order from them again.

I purchased from them because they guaranteed delivery by noon the next day (for a fee). So I paid it and currently it is after 2pm and the gift basket still has not been delivered. I called to see why... and they refunded the fee and gave me a gift certificate for $10 off my next purchase. I won't be making a next purchase at this rate. Wishing I had read their reviews before I made the purchase:(

I was disappointed to discover that the spider, included in the product description, had been replaced with a simple paper cut-out. We expected it to be like the advertisement.
Although we specified the correct address, there was confusion in the delivery. Fortunately my daughter received a call and was able to direct the delivery person to the correct address.
Flowers were delivered on time but they did not look anything like what I ordered.
Easy and nice selection with free delivery
I'm shocked to see an extra $15 charge at the end. That's so deceptive on the price! My flowers were not delivered until 7:45 pm on my delivery date. Ridiculous! My sis in law said they are pretty though. I'm still waiting for a picture.

My credit card was rejected until I agreed to let them keep my card info on file. Not at all pleased with that aspect of this experience, BUT beyond that, everything else was above average. Fair price, beautiful arrangement, delivered quickly. Recipient said they were gorgeous.

Flowers were damaged upon arrival. Almost half of the blooms were completely separated from the stems.
