Ordered Monday (Oct 28) for delivery Wed (Oct 30) & flowers were NOT delivered by 1:00 pm EST? Talked to customer service & then Marcus (supervisor). Asked to call florist to learn delivery time, and was told by 6:00pm? I asked about what time span (2-3) & was told florist said by 6:00pm? Asked him to call florist or give me number & was told he could not do that!
Certainly florist could give a time span when flowers would be delivered & you could the tell customer!

Thought it was fairly straight forward with competitive pricing and offers. Sometimes I couldn't type in a promo code which was frustrating, but I figured it out after dumping my cookies. I wish shipping and handling was shown before I went through the entire process.
Answer: Truthfully I was so livid when I spoke with them that I demanded my money back since it was their error and demanded they send me an email as confirmation that I cancelled the order and that I would receive a total refund. Hope that helps
