I like the service you all give, I didn't think it would have gotten there before she clocked in.
I ordered flowers on 11/1 for same-day delivery on 11/ 1. Later that night I called my girlfriend up who had surgery that day and found out that the flowers never made it. Checking from You Flowers tracking site it said they were in process of delivery. I called fromyoufowers and the customer service representative was friendly but said that because the florist was closed and she couldn't get in touch with them, she would make sure that my order was upgraded, they would give me a refund on my same-day shipping and the flowers would be delivered as soon as possible on Saturday morning.
2 hours later I received an email saying that they would not be delivered until the 4th. That was not what I and the customer service representative had discussed, so I waited until Saturday afternoon and no flowers later to call them back. The next customer service representative was friendly. She told me that they were having trouble getting the flowers to my girlfriend because there were no florists in the area. I counted 10 florist within a mile area of where my girlfriend was. This was also a different excuse than they used the night before. When I asked for a refund she seemed very flustered and told me she would forward the call to someone who could help me. After 30 minutes of being on hold they hung up on me. I lodged a complaint with my credit card provider and called them back demanding a refund. Almost an additional 10 minutes of hold later the guy finally said that he was processing it and I would eventually receive an email. After being the boyfriend in the doghouse for being the only one to not send my girlfriend flowers, after an operation, I will tell everyone not to use this horrible service.

Answer: Truthfully I was so livid when I spoke with them that I demanded my money back since it was their error and demanded they send me an email as confirmation that I cancelled the order and that I would receive a total refund. Hope that helps
