I have used your site for a few years now and usually a great experience, but my last order was very disappointing. I ordered two dozen roses to be delivered on my mother's birthday, 10/29. From You Flowers needs to re-evaluate their shipping/delivery vendors because the flowers I ordered were loaded onto a UPS truck at 6 AM in South FL in October (90+ degrees outside) and weren't delivered (just a few miles away) until 5:15 PM. This means they sat on a hot UPS truck for 11 hours before being delivered. They arrived wilted and falling apart and were dead by 11/1. I called to complain and was offered a re-delivery which is of no use to me as her birthday already passed. I asked for a refund but I am still waiting to see if I will receive the credit.

Answer: Truthfully I was so livid when I spoke with them that I demanded my money back since it was their error and demanded they send me an email as confirmation that I cancelled the order and that I would receive a total refund. Hope that helps
